Horrible customer service and billing process. They called me, offered me 3 applications at $ 45 each and are trying to bill me for 4 applications and even turned me into collections for $ 90 when I don’t even owe them $ 90. I have been fighting this for months with them. One person says it’s all okay and taken care of, another says the opposite. I don’t even care about their lawn service. When you screw people out of money and then turn them into collections for debt they don’t have and try to force more product on them than they agreed upon originally, they are no good. Their customer service is terrible. Not worth it.

Courteous, timely, and professional. I’ve been using them for a few years now, and have seen improvement each year. Lawn looks great, and I think the price is fair. I am very satisfied.

I used them last season. The worst thing they did was after I paid them 100.00 to seed the lawn, they missed the bald spots and I now have grass growing in my flower beds and rock garden.

After one season and hundreds of dollars invested, nothing changed a bit about my lawn. The people were very courteous and friendly but I’d rather have had some results on my lawn analagous to the money spent. When I say that absolutely nothing changed about my lawn, I mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING: no loss of weeds, no new grass, NOTHING!!!
