A very unremarkable experience. The waiter was friendly and attentive, however the food was sub-par. The soup could have been canned, the pizza was bland and was comparable to frozen pizza. The espresso was excellent and the Capresse salad was fresh and tasty. However, the restaurant had a foul odour, bathrooms were out of service and service was slow. There is a lot of potential here, but there is so much room for improvement. Considering the other choices in the area, this restaurant may be a mediocre alternative, however a 15 minute drive to a better choice may make all the difference.

Not to happy with this place as I arrived at 8:40 and ordered breakfast togo and it’s currently 9:28 and I am still waiting on a togo order. Two orders after me have already gotten food and no word of what is going on. I asked and she said it would be right up but I’m still here waiting. All I ordered was scramble eggs and french toast with bacon. I don’t understand. If I had not paid I would have already walked out.

While stopping for gas on our way from Jax to Tampa, we saw this place as we drove by and decided to stop in for an early dinner. I had a delicious Antipasto salad, my bf had the shrimp Alfredo which he said was very tasty, the service was fine, very pleased with our experience.

Pedestrian food with personalized service. The gelato is great not sure that it is homemade, in Orlando you expect great service but if you live here you expect to have better food. I would go back to the drawing board on almost every dish I’ve eaten here out of no better option several times and it’s never gotten better. Don’t change the service or the location… focus on your food!

As a recent transplant(from BKLYN, NY) in late September, I decided to pop in and grab a take-out menu. I said Hello to the youngish heavy set brunette tending bar to one gentleman at the bar. No greeting/welcome/acknowledgement of any kind. As I proceeded to retrieve the menu, I glanced back toward the bartender to initiate a thank you, I’ve found exactly what I needed… Still no eye contact, no acknowledgement. I thought, well, maybe she’s just overwhelmed by that«ONE» customer at the bar. A few nights later, 10÷3÷15 to be precise I thought it may be nice to have a delivery and give them a shot. Here’s what happened. I placed the call for delivery, was informed there hadn’t been a delivery driver for several weeks. I asked if I may pick up my order, placed my order and went to pick up my order. Upon my arrival there was another heavy set youngish brunette(curly) woman(manager) playing with her phone. Once again, no greeting/acknowledgement. I went inside and finally a PULSE. I was kindly greeted by a young gentleman, paid for my order, left a TIP and headed home to indulge in my late night craving. Shall we begin with appetizers? Of course, but let’s keep it simple. Mozzarella sticks… COLDANDHARD. Marinara for dipping? Sure, why not? Because it tastes like the aluminum can it most definitely came in. And sour too. Parmesan Crusted Ravioli? Sounds absolutely scrumptious… IT’S NOT! It is however, BURNT! My husbands main course… Prosciutto Smoked Gouda Panini. WHOTHE F^(K Slices Prosciutto like Canadian Bacon? THEYDO. Greasy Cardboard Sandwich. My Entrée, MMMMMM Bolognese Pasta… NO, Why would it be anything other than over cooked/mushy Linguini and overly salted. They may have dropped the entire supply of Oregano into my single dish and perhaps a Heaping Dash of CUMMIN? BURNT/CHARRED Ground Beef/Pork Smothered in the very same Sour Marinara from that Dreadful aluminum can. Had a taste of each, through it all straight into the garbage. Did not even consider feeding it to my Dogs. OUTRAGEOUSLYDISGUSTING.

Tried this place on a whim while on vacation in Florida. It was pretty good. We did not dine in but the place was pretty small. We got flat breads and they were both great with lots of flavor from the prosciutto and cheeses. Overall, great little spot to grab some dinner to go after a long day at Disney.

We were not acknowledged when we came in, and after waiting, decided to seat ourselves in a completely empty dining room. The only other guests were at the bar, which we were later told were the owners. They didn’t greet us either. There were continual flies buzzing around our heads and on our table, as well as one inside our water glass. We noticed it after we had already drank half of it. Our order was completely wrong, and my «Signature Burger» came without its fried egg and onions. I was told the waitress didn’t think they had any mayo, and I had to aak again twice to actually get her to check and bring me some. We ordered an appetizer that was completely forgotten, which we cancelled after our food had arrived. The waitress and kitchen staff spent the whole time in the back talking loudly and making jokes about eaxhother and the tips they had recieved. Big waste of a $ 30 lunch, do not recommend! We will not ever go again.

When we walked in I thought it was a tiny establishment, with that the food also turned out to be a disappointment. I ordered the turkey avocado panini, on my sandwich was a «smear» of avocado, I was expecting one or two slices of avocado. They should have left the avocado out of the menu and surprised me by adding it on. Very disappointed.

I have been here multiple times because it’s close to my house however, it does not get any better. The first time we went we waited for 45 minutes for a cheese pizza with only 3 people in the restaurant. The second time it was much busier and we waited even the longer. I really would be able to get past the wait if the pizza was actually good. The pizza is just not good. I am not really picky about pizza either it tastes a lot like cardboard. Better off going elsewhere.

Stopped by to pick up carry out pizza and was pleasantly surprised. Good sauce, decent crust and it was ready on time. Staying nearby and wanted something other than hotel food. We ordered a large sausage and mushroom pizza and it was pretty good. We were hoping for ground beef or meatball as topping but they did Not have either. Would pick up pizza from here again.

We live in Reunion(less than 5 minutes away). I just do not understand the poor reviews here. Yes the service can be slow but the food is reasonably priced and very much worth the wait. My wife and I enjoy sitting outside and having a relaxing meal. The pizzas are great and the fried calamari appetizer is the best I have had anywhere. Yes we really love Dulcetto’s and we think you will as well.

Absolutely pathetic. Bar service was done but the kitchen took 45 min for a sandwich. Watched another couple get their pizza, send it back and wait another 45 min for the replacement pizza. Don’t bother. Go to Publix next door.

Stopped there for a quick lunch. The place was very nasty and there were spider webs all in the window seals. The waiter was very soft spoken and didn’t move quit so fast. I order the flat bread pizza. It was burnt on the bottom and it was not that tasty. Also, my cheese was burnt on the top of the pizza. Would not recommend for anyone…

I’m usually better about reading reviews before I go somewhere but this was on the way home so we stopped in and ordered a pizza. It wasn’t good… The crust was burned and chewy. We had to use ranch to try and soften it up to be able to eat it. We won’t be getting pizza from here again. Hopefully their other food is better.

Well, we walked in and sat down, the bartender brought us menus, but our server didn’t show up for at least 10 minutes, at which point we were ready to order. Jayson took our order. After about 30 minutes of waiting with absolutely no information or acknowledgement, he told us that we were just waiting on one more thing. About ten minutes later, we saw Jayson walk out the front door without saying a word. After almost an hour we finally got our food. Our pizza was overcooked and tasted about as good as a frozen pizza from the grocery store. After approaching Jayson when our plates were empty, he gave us as many excuses as he could think of as to why it took so long. Jayson took off $ 2 from our meal, as if it was to fix the issues that we had. We will never return, and have already advised others to avoid this restaurant.

I don’t even know where to begin! Between not having a driver on a Saturday to deliver to taking an hour to make a fairly decent sized order. Here’s a hint get PREPARED, you’re running a business. The food was a 2.5 out of 10, it wasn’t that it was gross it was just prepared horribly If I didn’t want to enjoy some drinks with friends I would have back to the restaurant and thrown the chicken parm sandwich in whoever’s face that made it. The had the audacity to put it on a hamburger bun. Are you kidding me, either they ran out of hoagie rolls or they don’t care. The worst part they didn’t tell us Your meatballs are terrible, open a cookbook and learn how to make them homemade. Your store bought meatballs are a disgrace Like other reviewers stated price to value is horrendous, the funny thing is I don’t care what I spend I just want a good meal. NOTEVENCLOSE, I was embarrassed when I brought the food back to the hotel I hope the owner reads this and corrects the missteps before a real pizzeria opens and puts him out of business. SMH

The choices are limited when staying in championsgate so short of fast food, this is one of the only options. I’ve been here a handful of times and every time I waited for a long time at the hands of extremely smug and indignant waiters. The food has always been«just ok» but even«just okay» beats my alternative of either subway or the Golden Arches. Once on a trip, my wife and I ordered a large dinner we intended to bring back to our hotel, and my young daughter wanted McDonald’s. I walked over(just across the parking lot) to get her happy meal and was told she couldn’t eat it on the patio and she would have to eat it elsewhere. You want my five year old to grab a table by herself elsewhere while we eat your food alone? The pies aren’t cheap and now we weren’t welcome anymore? Keep your pie! Fortunately the offered us a solution. We could eat on the other side of the building, at the last table, next to an overflowing trashcan. It’s only busy due to lack of options. If you are in championsgate you are going to have to eat here unfortunately unless you want fast food, just be prepared.
