Not bad pizza, but nothing really spectacular either.

Can you compare this to real restaurant style pizza or is this something to compare to the papery things you buy at your local grocer. To compare Papa Murphy to the pizza I would buy from the local grocery store than this is a great winner. They both have to be taken home, baked in my oven, cut with my own great pizza cutting skills and I can doctor them before they hit the table. The P.M. would be a little more money but well worth it in my eyes. Now, compare this to the pizza I could order from 2 – 3(6 – 10) takeout places or really even the pickup only places and the Papa Murphy is a little a cheaper but no where near the quality of pizza that I could get from others. Plus, now I have to take it home, bake it in my oven and risk cutting my fingers off with a sharp knife. W.T.H. The crust is good, soft and chewy but not overly bready. The sauce is OK and overall pretty good taste. Again though it’s what your comparing it to. I say spend the extra 4 $, save the power and fingers at home and order a tasty, precooked treat. KT
