Precision Tune Auto Care

I had a 1:00 pm appointment today at the Champlin, MN location and I don’t know the young man’s name that worked at front desk, but he was really an asshole. When I walked into his establishment he was on the phone with another customer and never even acknowleged that I was standing there for almost 15 minutes. He never told me that he will be with me or anything. All he said was can you lower your voices because he couldn’t hear what was being said on the other side of that phone he was on. My sister was with me during this visit and we were not loud, we were almost in the whispering mode. This person needs some hard customer service training because that will drive business away. He took the time to tell us to keep our voices down, but couldn’t tell us that he will be with us momentarily. To me that tells me that you don’t need my business, so I walked out and will never return. Before this I had good service for my vehicle, but I never will return here because that never should happened to a customer.
