Such a great concept! Its not just for athletes in training either. For those of us who need some help with our workout they have affordable group training. They’ll kick your butt! I love it, what a great concept!

I’ve been a member of Velocity since it’s start, over 5 years ago. I’ve watched as the business as grown, and cannot find a better group of coaches or staff. The facility could use some TLC, but overall I’ve been more than happy with the fantastic and varied workouts I’ve done over the years.
One thing for you parents watching your kids work out — Get Out Of The Waiting Area, And Join Us! There are several Adult Fitness classes throughout the week, and we’re a welcoming and lively bunch!
