I had an issue that brought to my attention by my pool technician. He tole me that my de filter grids were bad and needed to be replaced. I called my home warranty and they referred me to Rick. That same day Rick called me within hours of me informing my home warranty. I asked Rick when he would be available to come and he said he can be at my house in 20 minutes. Rick assessed the problem and had my pool back in good working condition. He has also checked back in with me even after the repair was complete to make sure everything was going looking good. I highly recommend Rick to anyone that needs pool repair in a timely and professional fashion.
