I’m more a fan of the independently-​owned businesses than those franchises or chains. For me, it harkens me back to a simpler time– friendly & spirited conversations about issues of the day that were once the norm at barber shops across the nation. This place is one of those Ma & Pa shops. They’re «old school» but gracious and polite. Opinions flow freely, but only if you choose to spark the topical convo. They pay attention to your cut, keep it simple, and charge a very, very reasonable fee for the cut (and the experience). Nothing fancy here, just a good cut, an opportunity to learn something, and a great price. This place is a jewel!
