Az Dog Doors

I contacted Bernie via email and we had a running discussion about size and type of door. I made a decision and worked out a time with Bernie. He was spot on time. His work was professional. His work was clean. Now my next task is getting the dogs accustom to the door.

I called Bernie on May 22, 2014 to ask him when he could come out and install a new doggie door in my house. He told me he would be out on Tuesday May 27, 2014 at 3PM. On Tuesday morning, I informed Bernie via text message that the girl that usually picks up my children from school could not pick them up today. I asked if we could push the install until 3:30. Bernie text me back stating he never scheduled me and had nothing open till Saturday. I tried calling Bernie, he did not pick up so I left him a voicemail. Bernie never returned my phone call. I own a small business and pushed a business trip back for the doggie door install If I treated my customers with such a lack of respect of their time, I would not have any customers. Don’t use AZ Dog Doors, find another company that will actually show up and not waste your time. Time is the only thing in life you can’t get back.
