It would of been nice if your hours matched the hours on line and I would not have driven here and wasted my time. But you don’t even have matching hours. one place says 11pm your door says 10pm update your site please and don’t waste peoples time.

I loved their free snow day. It was very nice of them. I did not even know whether it was a promotional event, or such. Although the line was out the door for the free snow day, they were very efficient and made the snow very quickly. While making the snow, they also managed to keep the tables clean and clean any messes on the floor. The atmosphere was lively. They had music planning in the background and continuously asked how our snow was and if it was what we wanted.

Wonderful and friendly service. I called because I was lost in the shopping plaza and they guided us to the store. The guy at the cashier was super enthusiastic and had lots of great recommendations and we loved our desserts. Please come open in California! Will definitely be back.

Everything is artificial except for the sugar soaked fruit they add to smoothies… The flavor of the ice tastes like tap water and they drown your snow cone with syrup to give you diabetes… Yay for Bahama Bucks!

Love us some Bahama Bucks!
I have been a customer for years, visiting other locations around Mesa. They suddenly started disappearing and I forgot about them until this one showed up. Now my kids are hooked (and me too again!)
It is such a refreshing cold treat. If you haven’t tried it already, the cream on top is a must! For an extra special treat, get the ice cream in the middle. This is my son’s personal favorite.
Such a great selection of flavors. Except I cannot figure out who actually orders the pickle!?! Joke, maybe? For pregnant women? My son tried a sample, but he said it was awful.

I live by this location, and every time I go in, they never put enough juice in! Come on guys, this is an easy fix.
EDIT: Me again, just politely asked for some more juice for my frozen treat, they kindly gave me some. But now thERE IS WAY TOO MUCH JUICE IN MY 16 OXZ Cup come on guys ez fix.

The «menu» I found to be oddly complex. I ended up ordering the smallest size sour cherry. It was pretty good although a tad sweeter than I prefer.
The one thing that struck me as odd was the number of employees on duty… there were a hoop of them and I was the only one in the store and no signs of anyone coming soon. Not sure how you make money that way.

Soo good. So many flavors. It’s the perfect shaved ice. I love their sugar free selection. The last couple of times, they’ve really skimped on flavors so I get a huge clump of unflavored ice. That sucks! Just hang around and make sure they add more syrup to your ice before you go.

Really great shaved ice. They have a large variety of flavors. I have been to this location twice. The first time I would have given it five stars, service was excellent.
They lost a star on my second visit when it seemed like they didn’t get the right flavor cherry on my shaved ice. I wanted black cherry not regular cherry. The store was not as clean the second visit, there were sticky spots on the floor from the syrups. I think it depends which group of teenagers are working on any given evening. It is close to Hamilton high school so I imagine the owner hires a lot of teenagers. I will go back though the ice is delicious and I really enjoy the different flavors I’ve tried. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I’ve always loved Bahama bucks and never had a problem. But today I ordered ice cream flavored shaved ice and get a cup of ice cream and shaved ice. This is ridiculous…

Best shaved ice. The first time I had Bahama Buck was on Mill Ave by ASU in 90’s. And then it was gone. I was so heartbroken. Then I heard one opened Rural and McClintock and I was saved. Now I have one even closer. There is a god!
Call me lame but blueberry with cream is the best. Might sound boring but its like heaven in your mouth.

This place is huuuuge and actually opened when it says it is unlike the others. The store is clean and that is always a plus. When I came there were two employees (youngins) they had some of their high school friends come in and be loud and obnoxious, but luckily for me they gave me my order quick enough to get the f out.

If you haven’t gotten on the shaved ice bandwagon yet, then hop on.
Bahama bucks has so many options and variety that you ll please everyone. This new location is clean and has lots of seating. I imagine it could get crowded being next to a high school and kids swim school so might wanna keep an eye out for that.
I haven’t tried it all yet but I’m sure I’ll find a favorite.
Price 3.5÷5 about the same price range as Cold Stone or Baskin Robbins

Grand Opening today! I love the Hurricane Colada! This one is a really big location. It has lots of seating, open on Sunday’s, and they take credit cards. I’m so happy we finally have one here in South Chandler!
