I always love this place. The omelets are amazing, pancakes are fluffy, and bacon is crispy… every time! This is the perfect«traditional» meets«modern» breakfast spot. The reason I give this review 4 stars rather than 5 is because I think the prices are a little high. $ 40 for breakfast for 3 is pretty high, but we keep coming back. I would recommend to anyone interested in a hearty portion for breakfast.

Went here on Saturday June 11 while visiting the Phoenix area and must say we had excellent service considering it was very busy. There were 8 of us and our waitress Theresa kept up with all of the refills of coffee and iced tea. I got the almond crusted French toast that was absolutely fabulous! It did not require syrup! Hopefully the Biscuits here in Las Vegas is as good.

We decided to try this place for the first time. It was just okay. Hash browns came out cold. Corned beef hash was terrible. Potatoes were crunchy and it had zero flavor. Drinks were never refilled even though server came back to check on us a couple of times. I probably won’t go back until I see an improvement on food and service.

Great little neighborhood diner spot. Décor and view are nothing to write home about, but what are you here for? To be swept away by the ambiance or have breakfast/brunch. Food portions are very large so be warned, you don’t really need sides and add-ons, don’t worry, you’ll be full. Servers are polite and cheerful, it’s sort of server by committee rather than one committed server but they do a good job of making the rounds and making sure you have all you need. The chicken fried steak is my favorite and pretty much everything else I’ve tried is very good, in all fairness though I never tried any lunch items, but I feel this is more of a breakfast place anyways, it’s not as crazy crowded as other places get on weekends. There will be a wait, but not an insane one. Only knock on the place is the coffee, it’s not bad… but its not good either. But everything else is pretty damn good for a strip mall diner.

We prefer the Dobson & Warner location. Theresa is the funniest and best waitress. We go every weekend!

Breakfast was delicious again. We came rather early so wasnt packed. I like the food here. I like the location in proximity to my house however I wish patio was a little more serene. They cant help that so I just choose to come early and sit inside. I like their pancakes but also their lunch items.

Good choice for a breakfast place that doesn’t get as crowded as other places. Not so trendy, maybe, or just because it’s right next to LA Fitness and most people don’t want to get caught stuffing their mouths right next to the gym? The food is good and the portions are ginormous like other breakfast places. I do enjoy their home-made jam(which they sell). The raspberry one was amazing. Has a patio, so that’s good.

Almond crusted French toast was delicious! Can’t wait to have it again. Nothing special about the eggs, bacon.

We had never been here before and what a refreshing atmosphere! Leanna was very accommodating and the food is wonderful. Their biscuits are so good you’ll think they stole your momma! We’ll be back for sure.

Service and food are both okay. My husband liked his roast beef dip, I thought my turkey sandwich lacked flavor. We’ll go check it out again to give it another shot since it’s in the area

So today I tried their Alma location. The quality of the food I ordered was just as bad. I’ll post the picture of what I have this morning. FOODWASVEEYGREASYANDPANCAKEWASJUSTASBAD. Owner /manager of both location should check out the quality of the food that they serve. I think they fill your plate up with greasy patato to pacify their customers. Makes it look like they give you plenty of food. WEWANTQUALITY, not QUANTITY !

Horrible experience here! We were seated by a grumpy waitress, she seved our drinks by slamming them on the table… We had to wait longer for my breakfast because the cook didn’t get my order right. The sausage came out when we were done eating and was dry and gross. .my cinnamon roll came out with the to go boxes… couldn’t get refills on drinks.. Waitress forgot our check and was annoyed when we asked for it. The chicken fried steak is extremely small… and just a heads up a side of the dry cold sausage was $ 4.19…I will never return to this restaurant

I don’t always make it to brunch because I like to stay up late and sleep-in even later but when I do, it’s usually because I’m craving eggs benedict. I’m talking beautifully poached eggs, waiting to ooze out runny yolks at the gentle prick of a fork or knife, slathered generously with velvety smooth hollandaise sauce with just the right amount of citrus… yaaaaas! That’s what J-WoW likes! Yes, it’s bad for you. We’re talking about condensing all your daily recommended allotment for protein, fat [50+ grams], cholesterol [500+ mg], calories [1,000+], and salt into ONESERVING. Throw on a side of hash browns and a giant cinnamon roll to nibble on while waiting for your dish and its like, wow, what even? But like I said, I’m not up for brunch usually and I certainly don’t eat breakfast during my work days so why not? It’s Saturday. Can I live? So I came to Biscuits Café for my eggy indulgence. While I positively drooled over their warm gooey cinnamon roll that was probably the size of my face, I was already fantasizing about sliding my knife across a gorgeous poached egg. I wanted my knife to mar that perfection hidden behind hollandaise and spew its yolky guts all over my plate as I lick my knife clean and marvel at the gruesome display. I swear we’re talking about assassinating eggs, people. What I got though were soft medium-boiled eggs and hollandaise sauce with no hint of lemon juice. My heart was sad but it was still demolished. Although I did trade half of one of my avocado eggs benedict for a few bites of Southern Delight scramble. Dang. That was some greasy egg, yo. While I do think the quality and ingredients are decent at Biscuits, I don’t think I’ll be popping in to fulfill my eggs benedict craving. Dat cinnamon bun doe. Mmm!

Little has changed I’m sorry to say! They gave us a $ 5 discount for her birthday. We ordered the same meal for my wife(chicken fried chicken special breakfast and I had their new sandwich, beef brisket dip with fries and a pickle. The meat had little flavor other than a smoky one and the au jus had very little taste. Wife’s hash brown had a nice flavor but needed to be browned more, my fries were meh. Noticed that her chicken fried chicken was $ 1.60 more since our last visit 2 ½ years ago, had a nice taste, still small. A 2 ½ star meal, please remind me if I ever think about returning :(

Coffee wasn’t that good, very cheap tasting. The biscuits were dry and my weren’t cooked to my order. The gravy was flavorless and bacon undercooked. Maybe I had a bad chef that day but damn, was not worth it.

I’ve been here twice now for breakfast. The wait for a table usually isn’t that long, however the wait for your food is. We definitely got two different experiences both times we went. I Ordered the biscuits corned beef hash with an over easy egg. The corned beef was extremely dry and my egg was not over easy. It was more over medium I want to say. It took about 30 minutes to get our food and they originally gave us someone else’s food. On another note they have a very good country fried steak. That’s probably the only thing that I’ve really enjoyed there and would order if I did come back.

After my morning Camelback hike, I knew just where breakfast was gonna be. Rolling in around 7:30am, I knew I’d be beating the church crowd. I’ve seen this place get packed, and its no joke, G! My waiter, Darryl, was professional yet personable, allowing me time to look at the menu after offering a few suggestions. The chicken fajita omelette was just the thing to satisfy the protein deficiency in me. That bad boy was massive. I dont think it was 4 eggs massive, but it was fairly sizable. That entrée came with hash browns and 2 large pancakes. All were satisfying. All in all, a good meal for when you’re pondering the hand that life has dealt you… you know, when you feel like Ethan Hawke sitting at a card table in Training Day

Ok I have been back to this restaurant several times since my initial review and I have to say this is my new fav breakfast place !! I have tried the French toast with eggs and bacon, the cinnamon roll French toast with eggs and bacon, and most recently the smoked brisket eggs Benedict. That my friends is a knockout !! The hollandaise definitely wasn’t from a mix or a can. Run my friends and don’t miss out on this treasure Seriously best breakfast ever !!!
