Budget Blinds serving The East Valley

We just had «invisible tilt» shutters installed in our bedroom and office and couldn’t be happier! We are able to open the top half of the shutter, bottom half or both. It looks great and gives our rooms an updated fresh look. Neil was courteous and helpful when we had to choose what was best for our home and needs. Thanks again!

I wish I could give this family ran franchise more stars. They get two for being on time, early even. Also, they were nice enough people. I found it odd that when it came time to install, it was a family affair and their daughter (I’m assuming) came with and followed from room to room. But hey, it’s a family business so okay. What I don’t like about my purchase is the actual blinds. They are very cheap for the price I paid. It’s been less than a year and the end caps have been falling off so often they finally just got stepped on or «hmm wonder what this random piece of plastic is» and thrown away. The trash from when they installed them was left behind and shows where they ordered the blinds and I’ll make sure future companies I do business with do not bulk purchase from the same place.

Very knowledgable and professional. Unfortunate that their shutters are made in China. Would have liked to use them but couldn’t overlook that.

Just had Neil do the blinds for our rental home. The black out blinds were done first so he brought them out and hung them, then came out with the rest a week later — they look AWESOME! Now I wish I hadn’t done the others myself (bought them at Home Depot) 4 years ago. The kitchen and the master suite both look great, thanks to Neil. Thanks!

A wonderful experience all the way around. Neil and Debbie Riley are hands on and strive for perfection. At our first meeting, Neil was exactly on time… something rare in this day and age of two– and four-​hour appointment windows. Owner, Neil Riley was at my home today for the 3^rd time in 3 weeks. I am in the midst of a re-​model and didn’t realize that every time a contractor finished, adjustments would need to be made on the length of our vertical blinds which were purchased for various rooms quite a while before the renovation began. Each time I called to schedule Neil to come back and cut more off the bottom, he was willing and able to get here to do the necessary work in a timely manner (and with a friendly smile)! He is a pleasure to work with and I have recommended his company to other friends and will continue to do so in the future.
