Unprofessional! Really regret using them! Go with someone else!

Overall I have to say I am not a very satisfied customer of Bug Guardians. Now let me begin with this: I know that living in Arizona many people start to see scorpions around late May, early June. It’s very common and I expect that to some degree. We found a few over the course of the week and kind of brushed it off. It wasn’t until I found one IN MY HAIR IN BED IN THE MORNING that we decided to look around for a company to come spray. The woman setting up our appointment guaranteed that after the first spraying inside we «won’t be seeing any more inside». Really? Nice. I was pretty happy to hear that. I mean it wasn’t like we had a huge problem but after finding one nesting in my hair I figured it warranted at least a few visits. My roommate set up a monthly account and called them out.
The first spray went well, our technician spent about 30 minutes inside (a 3 bedroom 3 bath home, mind you) and I hadn’t seen any scorpions in about 3 weeks. Then they started popping up. There was one right inside the front door. Okay, okay, that didn’t bother me, maybe it didn’t have time to die. Then there was another one on the ceiling. Then some by the vents. Then one by my dog’s bed, and another one in my bathroom sink. It’s been 3 sprays now and we are still finding them weekly and in much more abundance than before.
And while I was a bit skeptical that we would never cross paths with another pale, creepy, poisonous little pincher, I don’t think the company should «guarantee» anything when clearly they can’t stand behind that promise. We called the company after I was stung in bed last week and they are giving us a month free (cause that fixes everything, right?) and we will see what happens. But as of now, I will not be using this company again.

Very unprofessional Manager. Husband called with complaint as employee was not professional with customer making inapropriate comments. Manger questioned us and acted like we were making it up. Did not feel comfortable with them coming to the house anymore. never experieced such a rude reaction with a company before.

I felt the need to update as my original review is over 2 years old now. We are still happy, loyal customers of Bug Guardian and plan to be for years to come. We are in a different home now in an area known for scorpions. Thanks to our monthly service we have had absolutely no issues so far. Some of the very dead creepy crawlies we have seen make me very glad to rely on such a wonderful company. Our regular tech is John, who is always very professional, is considerate of your time, and is always willing to answer any questions. I still recommend this company to everyone I know.

We recently purchased our first house and after moving in we realized we had a little ant problem in my son’s room. That was to be expected in an older house that had been on the market for a few months. We asked around to friends and family to find a pest company that wouldn’t force us in to a contract. We were lucky enough to have someone suggest John and Bug Guardian and we couldn’t be any happier.
On the first visit John came in and talked with my wife to see what the problem was. He had an immediate solution and the ants were gone within a single day. We’ve only seen the occasional silverfish in our room since then but John is always quick to help us out with tips when we bring up issues. They’re also extremely flexible with their schedule and have always given us the BEST customer service. We’ve actually forgotten about appointments (even though they’re at the same time every month and they call us to remind us) and they don’t seem to get frustrated at all; they just quickly reschedule.
We’d recommend Bug Guardian to anyone and everyone!!!

We started using Bug Guardian last year when we noticed a roach problem around our office building. They gladly come from Chandler to service our Mesa office and I believe they service Tempe and Scottsdale as well. They have affordable rates without contracts and all the technicians I have interacted with have been polite and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to prevent or clear up a pest problem.

Bug Guardian is top notch pest control and customer service. We had a severe scorpion problem after living in our home for a few years. Our 17-​month-​old boy got stung and had a severe reaction, so we called them. After Bug Guardian started treating our home we saw a huge decline in the scorpions and I haven’t seen or heard any crickets either. No more spiders or any bugs. Bug Guardian goes above and beyond on every service to make sure we’re protected.
We’ve been using them for about a year now and I haven’t seen any scorpions lately.

I met Tom, the owner, when he came into my work with a truck that had a huge scorpion on the side. Just so happens, i found a scorpion in my bedroom the night before. I started asking him questions and he was so helpful. he told me what i needed to do, IE seal all the vents in the house and spray the baseboards. My apt community only offered «sprinkling» which goes away as soon as you sweep because its residue not spray. He gave a more than reasonable price and was out within a few days. He and Gary took care of everything, even cleaned my dirty dryer vent in the sink. I cant tell you how impressed i am by their professionalism, courtesy, a promptness. Less than an hour they were finished and i feel so much better! My brother-​in-​law works for SOS and they were far more expensive. If you choose any other company, other than this one, your an idiot. I will tell everyone about them and praise them to the grave!!! Thanks again Tom and Gary!!!
