They were very nice and had great products and I only gave them a 2 because they were $ 6,000 more than two other dealers. I went with someone else and I would get other quotes before buying here. They seem to do great work from the reviews but $ 6,000 is a lot of money and a big price difference.

Although I didn’t end up buying anything from the Carpet Broker Design Center, I thought they offered a good selection of flooring materials. The first time I went there I was helped by the owner, and he was extremely helpful. He let me take some samples home and gave me information on many different types of hard surfaces. The next couple of times I went there, it was hard to even find someone to help me. Another time I went there and they weren’t open when they were supposed to be. I think one of the gals was late to work that day. All in all, I did get some good information, but their prices were just a bit too high for me.

Carpets brokers is great. We have used them in our property management department and for our own rental homes. They always are timely and a very competitive with their pricing. We have always been very happy.

My husband was looking for a small sheet vinyl remnant to use while he works on our bathroom floor. He called many flooring stores in this quest, but was rebuffed until he talked with Carl at Carpet Broker Design Center. The store is on the SW corner of Alma School and Warner Rds and parking is right in front of the door. Carl also showed us some flooring options for our entry, kitchen and family room that were just what we were looking for. We were prepared to pay for the sheet vinyl remnant, but Carl just gave to us at no cost! Awesome. Additionally, I asked about buying a sample of the flooring we were considering for the entry and kitchen and he loaned us a 5 foot strip of the material to make sure it was what we wanted. We were worried about how we were going to move some of our heavy furniture to have the flooring done, but Carl advised us that they only charge 12 cents a sq ft to move the furniture out of the way and then move it back when they are done, so we will probably have them re-floor our family room after the holidays. Prices are about what other flooring places have been quoting, but the people are what make the difference here. They are a joy to work with, so give them a try. :-)
