Waste of time… The Doctor: She is not very experienced. my case was sex hormone related and adrogen deficiency issues. I knew more than her. And the worst thing is that she doesn’t really care. She basically told me she can’t help me with digging more into the problem, just go live your miserable life. I had to argue with her to get lab orders or MRI. She is pretty average in terms of endocrine knowledge but I wouldn’t waste my time with her anymore. She had the wrong hormone on my lab order(lack of experience) and of course like everybody says here, they do not answer phones. Staff: Horrible. I’m not going to waste my time writing more than this about them. They never tell me when my lab results are in. I have to go there and push them to get my lab results. So, if you have time and energy to waste on your health go here. otherwise seek a better one.

If you are seeking a great Endo office… don’t look here. Everything SEEMS so nice and professional, but, once you leave the office after your first appointment, all bets are off. You will never be able to call and get thru or get a response no matter how many times you call or how many messages you leave. They will not resond. I am going to go back as soon as the holiday weekend is over and see if I can get my test results and at least a 1 month script, then, she is fired.

I am also getting billed for an appointment that I supposedly missed in October 2014. I started receiving statements in March 2015 for a $ 50 missed appt fee and a $ 50 late charge and have now received a letter threatening to send me to their lawyer and collection agency. I have spoken to the Billing Office staff multiple times trying to resolve this issue stating I am not responsible for these charges and have been spoken to very rudely and was hung up on by the Office Manager. Very interesting that there is someone else on this site also receiving a bill for the same month for the same issue. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company regarding this office. I would not recommend this office to anyone, I have never been treated this way by a clinic, and would like to get a hold of Trudy C. and R R. from the previous posts.

Dr Belitzky seems to know her stuff, and their offices are beautifully decorated. However I am looking for a new endo because I am SO frustrated by their PHONE setup! They have it so that it is NOTPOSSIBLE to reach a live person. And much of the time, you can’t even leave a message. The voicemail system won’t accept messages during lunch or after hours. And the phone tree is very confusing to try to find the person to leave a message for. Here is how my call attempts went today: Call 1. Closed for lunch & not accepting messages(12:30pm). Call 2. Still closed for lunch(at 1:20 pm, even though their messages say they are only closed from 12−1pm?!). Voicemail system asked me to log into my mailbox. ?! Call 3. Got voicemail & list of 6 options to press. Couldn’t remember if it said press 136 or 138 for the person I needed(unnecessarily complicated). Message doesn’t repeat, had to hang up & try again. Call 4: Pressed the right option this time. Rang 12x & got a message saying no one was available. It hung up on me. No way to leave a message?! Call 5: Closed. No option to leave a message.(4:30 pm) So now I’ve spent EVERY break and lunch I had at work today, just trying to leave a message for the Endo. 5 calls later and still unsuccessful. I’m sure tomorrow will be just the same. And I’m trying to reach them about a complication with my meds. THISISIMPORTANT!!! And it’s not just today. It took me WEEKS to get ahold of them when I needed my first appointment. I had already given up and asked my PCP for a new referral. This office ended up finally calling me back before the PCP’s office did, so I went ahead and made the appointment. But I should have known that if they take weeks just to make a single appointment, that was a red flag for future issues. Now I’ve wasted my time with a few appointments, and have to start over elsewhere because of how difficult this office makes it to reach them. Very frustrating. Until they make it so that you can reach an actual person when you call, I would highly recommend avoiding this office.
