I have to start by saying that everyone I’ve met here is really friendly. I still don’t understand why it took 2 weeks before I can get an appointment, only to sit here waiting for an hour and a half to get seen.
It’s always the same thing: come in 15 min early, get called to the back 15 minutes after your appointment, get you weigh in and vitals, wait an hour, get so bored after looking through all your social media you seriously consider playing with their otoscope, convince yourself it’s not appropriate, wait some more… pout when you see that your appointment was an hour and a half ago.
Despite the ridiculous wait time, they still get 3 stars is because Dr. Sajwani is a great doctor who knows and remembers more about my medical history than I.

this clinic is always running behind and can never see you for a sick visit until several weeks later. I just called to schedule an appointment in 3 weeks time and they couldn’t get me in for 5 weeks. Then when you do go expect to wait well beyond your appointment time due to them always running behind. I have tried scheduling an appointment for my 5 year old as well for a sore throat and the best they could do was a month out. At the moment this is the only place my insurance covers so I ended up paying out of pocket to see another doctor. Some of the front end people give a good dose of attitude anytime you ask for anything. The back end people are very polite but only after waiting forever to get to that point. I do not recommend this place and can’t wait to switch my insurance plan so I can see a doctor at a clinic of my choosing, this plan was gotten as a last resort and I would rather not have insurance than use it again.

Friendly front desk however seems they’re always running late on time … I’m late for work and still waiting.

Dr. Donesa-​Zuzak is great and very knowledgable. It’s the office that is keeping patients away. They are rude, and almost impossible to work with. One of the front desk ladies even hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone else. I was warned about this and still gave them the benefit of the doubt. I will definitely be changing my primary care physician and it is a shame because Dr. Zuzak is a great doctor.

I saw Dr. Zuzak yesterday and she was the best doctor I think I have ever seen! She was very professional and very thorough. The flobotomist was also really sweet and kind even though I passed out after getting my blood drawn. I would recommend going there for a primary care doctor!
