Chandler Locksmith

WORST PLACE EVER. I was stuck outside a grocery store at night with my 7 year old son. My key broke in half & I needed help right away. I pulled up chandler locksmith on google & seen the great reviews & called right away. I was told I would get a call from a technician in about 15 – 20 mins. Ok, I waited. My son fell asleep in the backseat… so I stayed up & waited. Never got a call. I called again & stated I never got a call from the tech. the guy responds ’ oh sorry he just finished a job, he will call in about a min keep the phone next to you’. ok great! I waited another 20 – 25 mins just to give them the benefit of the doubt. nope, never got a call. I tried calling the company back … they kept ignoring my call, never answered. I called at least 10 times & ended up wasting over an hour of my time. very unprofessional & I will make sure I tell everyone about this experience. I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. I even told the guy I had a child with me & we needed help but obviously that did NOTHING. I ended up getting another locksmith who was very professional! AVOID THIS PLACE, ITS A JOKE.

Guy running the shop was helpful and nice. Will definitely come again for locksmith services.

Do not call this company… I called to get help and the locksmith told me what I was telling him was bull sh** and hung up on me. wanted to come and open my car up but not help me with getting the key for the car… said only the dealer can do it which is fine but said that I needed him to open the car in order for the tow truck to take it to the dealer to make the key. No one wants to actually help anymore… they only care about making money. How rude can a person be~!
