Clean & Clear Pool Service

I used Clean & Clear to maintain my pool for a month and wish I never would have. They never returned one phone call of mine and were not customer service-​oriented whatsoever. I asked them to do a few specific things with my pool, and they never did. When it came to the billing, that was of course messed up as well. I ended up only receiving service for 3 of the 4 weeks I paid for. To top it off, I called to cancel service and left a voicemail to confirm cancellation. I never heard from him again, big surprise. This motivated me to learn how to clean and take care of my pool myself. Their service may be clean, but I don’t think it’s clear to them how a great pool cleaning company works. Haha!
