Hired to wire home for stereo equipment, hardwire computer, install patio fan and undercabinet lighting. Ended up with 14 holes in the wall that had to be repaired and textured by the drywaller they sent who charged $ 40 per hole. Total bill was $ 2570. Since then the stereo sound was not working, Robert would not answer our calls, and another electrician came to fix what he said was not done correctly. The drywaller’s work was terrible. We are now spending $ 500 to fix the walls and another $ 1200 to repaint. We were not told about all the wall damage that would result from the wiring. Very bad experience.

Robert was providing electrical support for our retractable screen contractor, SunShader by Design. This work was performed in a completely professional manner. While working in the attic, Robert discovered issues with the attic light and the blower for the AC system. They were inter-connected which was an incorrect installation. The problem was corrected. In addition, we had two outlets in the Master Bathroom which were not connected to anything. Robert quickly diagnosed the wiring to provide independent lighting for the Master Bath shower light(this had been noted on our home inspection). All work was performed properly at a reasonable cost and we would totally recommend Colonial Electric for all future electrical work. Eric Hauser, Scottsdale, AZ
