I was in search of a landscape service in the Coolidge area to clean up my dad’s yard since he is only here for part of the year and his HOA was sending him«friendly» reminders to clean up his weeds, trees, etc. His backyard was way worse than the front with tumble weeds, dry brush, and dead grass. My husband and I usually do the job but this was a bit too much and we didn’t have the means to haul the debris and trash from all the yard work that needed to be done. Plus we live 45 minutes away in Gilbert. Someone on facebook recommended Crown Point and so I called to get a free estimate. For the front and back yard the cost would be $ 320 which I thought was expensive but taking into consideration all the work that needed to be done, I accepted. The weeds would be removed, the trees and bushes trimmed, and the all the trash would be hauled away. I also requested if they could take before and after pictures of the property so my dad could see what the $ 320 was paying for. They agreed to send the pictures to my email address. Well we never received them. So my husband and I had to go down there ourselves, spend about 2 hours of our day to be at the house for 15 minutes to take pictures, twice! I reminded them a few times about the pictures and they always said they would make sure to send them, no problem. Overall they did a good job on the yard. On the first trip out there, I met one of the workers and he was really friendly and professional. I went over my expectations and he verified it with his notes. However, we weren’t happy with the trees. My dad has two trees in his yard that needed trimming. Well they only trimmed the underneath and any branches that was about to fall. They did not touch the top at all. So I called to see if they would fix it but apparently it was my fault because I did not use the term«tree topping» when getting the quote. I assumed saying«the trees need to be trimmed» would suffice. Well I guess I you learn something new everyday. It is what it is. If you want something done, ultimately you have to do it yourself which we’ll be doing from now on.

Évaluation du lieu : 4 San Tan Valley, AZ
We’ve been living in San Tan Valley since November and managed to get a notice from the Copper Basin HOA about weeds in the yard. The problem is that by the time the notice came around, we’d already sprayed ourselves and decided it was too cumbersome so we’d called some«discount» landscapers. After 2 months of forking out far too much money for half complete jobs, someone recommended that we try Crown Point Property Service. So we called, got a free estimate, choked on the cost, but ultimately decided that we wanted quality work. Crown Point came out a few days later and cleared out our lawn, then sprayed the whole thing down, advising us to water it in a few days to let the weed killer«gel» into the soil(something nobody else had told us to do). Pretty standard work, I think, especially for $ 185. But here’s what got them 4 stars instead of 3: Though they did not KNOW to clean up the dog feces in the yard, they did so on 2⁄3 of the yard ANYWAY. At first, we were mad at having paid them to clean up and gotten a half done job(again) but when we found out that they did not KNOW to do it(and thus did nothing above and beyond the standard weed clean up), we were impressed. I’m not going to say they are the cheapest game in town. But for quality of service and effectiveness, we’ll be going back to Crown Point. I just plain don’t trust the cheaper games in town, not when everyone I know outside of San Tan Valley pays much more than we did for the same job, and having seen the ways that the competitors cut costs(by basically not doing anything).
