I love that they have Mirum in the office full-​time. She’s so wonderful & friendly. Wonderful at giving injections too and always has a friendly smile. As for Tori, I’ve known her for quite some time now and she never disappoints. Always so friendly and very knowledgeable at what Derma Health has to offer. Both a very tremendous asset to the company.

This was my first time trying botox. All I can say is that the entire staff from the front desk to the physician made me feel completely at ease, gave clear information and the skin analysis was enlightening and useful.
Now I await my results!

I’ve been going to Derma Health for about 7 months now for my favorite «Laser Genesis Facial» and I notice results in my skin within days.

Bait and switch… Watch out!
I had a Facebook offer for ten units of «Free Botox». I called. They told me I had to buy ten additional units to get the botox and quoted a price of $ 84 for the additional units.
The NP injected 24 units without telling me that she was exceeding the 20 units. When I went to pay I was asked to pay $ 209. I explained that I had an offer of ten free units. She recalculated to $ 150 (she charged $ 9.99 a unit for all units over the ten) I explained that that didn’t seem right. A second lady (Robin) walked out from her office and told me she was the person I had spoken to. She got kind of rude and said she had extended a courtesy to me (apparently quoting the lowest price possible to get me through the door without explaining any minimums or that it is not the regular price is a courtesy) And that I can’t expect that courtesy extrnded to four more units. I explained that I wasn’t told of any courtesy, nor was I told I was being injected with four extra units. The other receptionist told me if I wanted the lower price I had to get 25 units, not 24… And then tried to say I couldn’t have the sale price and the ten free units. I told them I was happy to pay for the extra four units, but at the price quoted originally, and that I was never told of a 25 unit minimum or any courtesy, that was the quoted price on the phone represented as their regular price, I was never told it was a sale price. Robin then told me «they just want me to feel comfortable, so you can pay the lower price if makes you happy». I ended up paying $ 118. I won’t be back.

I have been coming to Dermahealth Chandler for 5 yrs now. The office staff are always friendly and professional and always have a genuine smile on their face. I feel they really care about my needs. The Drs make you feel truly listened too. I have always had a positive experience. Having great skin really makes me feel confident. I have referred friends and family. I will continue being a client for years to come.

I received my Botox injections one week ago and now I’m writing about my results. I requested that the lines between my brows be relaxed and I also wanted an eyebrow lift. As you may know it takes a full week for Botox to settle in and work. So my reason for writing one week later is because I love love love the results. Dr. Schull explained his method of injections which were two v’s on the forehead. My eyebrow lift is amazing! I’ve had Botox for years, but nothing like his technique. The lines between my brows are relaxed but not frozen. That makes a really natural look. I must say this is the best experience ever with Botox. I’ll be back in 3 to 4 months for more. Thanks for your experience.

Terrible staff. Went in for a consult and was basically told even though I was in great shape and had a BMI better than the average person that in order to get the special I would have to be characterized as underweight. Total scam.

I have been going to DH for over a year and their customer service is great. I have only been getting B12 shots, but I am able to drop in and have never waited longer than 15 minutes. They are great!

Have been a member for a couple years and have always had a good experience. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The variety of services is excellent and I love the products. The products are the only ones I use on my face. Before I would use several different brands and my face was always fighting me between acne/​oily/​dry skin. Now my face has never looked better or felt better. Would recommend to anyone wanting to improve their skin and to look younger.

I love this place. Even though it is very far from where i live it is worth the drive. I am always treated by a Dr. or an RN. So what could be better than that. It is so lovely and clean here also a giant plus. They have always been able to work with my schedule which is also a very nice thing. They will always explain everything in great detail. They can answer any question you may have. They even call you at home the day after a procedure to make sure you are all right. I recommend them to everyone i know who wants treatments. Everyone has always like it! It is right off the 101 on Warner so it is very easy to find. I love it! Yes it cost $$ but, i am worth it!

When I was pregnant, I had a really bad month of acne. I needed to get some sort of facial and decided a microdermbrasion would work best to help clean up my skin. I actually was able to get right in during the middle of a week day afternoon, which was great since I don’t live in the area and was nearby at the Chandler Mall. My aestetician was very pleasant and explained all the elements of the treatment so I knew exactly what to expect. The microderm felt so good. I felt like a layer of oil and dirt were finally gone and it helped to clear up a lot of my zits within days. They didnt just do the face, they also did my neck and the tops of my hands too!
I was recommended a few skin products by a local biz called Skin Script for my oily skin. They worked great and my skin was glowing finally.
I have also seen the doctor for botox before my wedding. It was easy and my forehead was nice and smooth looking, but not frozen. The ladies there were so nice and I will defintely go back again for other treatments. I am thinking of doing the laser for my legs and underarms. I hate shaving!
