My wife, kid’s, & I have been going to this place since 2002 and I am deeply saddened by some of the comments I have read by other patients. I am being completely honest when I state that we have NEVER had any issue’s like the ones stated by other’s. On the contrary, they have gone out of their way to help us out in financial binds.
We should all quit being as selfish, as we sometimes can be, and understand that the discounts are going WAYYY ABOVE & BEYOND the job descriptions, and what most dentists out there offer. They’re already inexpensive, but I know what it is like to need help financially, and like I stated before they have ALWAYS gone above and beyond for us and for that we are EXTREMELY grateful!

Nice staff, nice doctors. They took my insurance and i had no copays for my cleaning. They also informed my insurance covers braces. I have 2 kids in need of braces so i will be back to do that. Looking forward to my return visit in 6 months.

Worst place ever don’t go back. I have been a patient here for Over 10 yrs and I went in for regular cleaning today like I would do every year. I was told I need a deep clean which cost $ 1,000. I said i would think about that. Hell no I’m not paying that! On my way out they charge me $ 25 without doing any cleaning. This would be the last time I would visit the place! Wasted my time for coming in!

We have been going to this dentist since 2010. since Dr Kngo passed away, money became a problem., wierd claims, «special» treatments and overall everything became a lot more $$ focused instead of people service focus. Last visit. never will go back

I have been a regular patient here since 2006. First time here I had a deep cleaning. They did a great job and charged a reasonable price since I had no insurance.
Every half a year they call me and let me know it’s time for my regular cleaning. Every time they do a good job, and always being very friendly.
I have been tried a few different dentists in the last few years, and had a few horrible experiences. And now I’ve finally decided only trust Warner Dobson dentistry.
They keep me smiling :)

Dr. Ngo is the best dentist and may possibly be one of the best people I have ever met. I go there, my mother’s helper went there before moving to Long Island, my coworkers go there, my mother goes there now and my fiancé. This is the best dentist I have ever had.
Truthfully, I had always disliked going to the dentist. I had some fears and was very apprehensive. However, the experience here is very good. I know they are good people and I have had a lot of work done over the past 7 years.
I have had root canals, deep cleanings, fillings, an extraction, and even a partial made.
If I ever moved from AZ, I would still fly in and see Dr. Ngo for my dental work!

Dr. Ngo Passed in March. He was a kind and great dentist. Unfortunately, the new management is not running things as Dr. Ngo did or would. They refused to offer even a 10% discount I have been getting for the past 7 years. The insurance person there told me it was the insurance companies that frowned on discounts. Not true! Metlife even has Dr. Ngo listed as possibly giving 15%-25% off. Dr and the people in the office are NOT.
We had been going there for many years when Dr. Ngo was alive. He was a great man. Stay away from this office! These people are just about the money. Really.

Dr. Ngo and his staff are completely professional, friendly and helpful! I went in a both a new and emergency patient — within minutes of sitting down, Dr. Ngo came in, saw my x-​rays and explained to me my options — either have my back molar pulled for $ 50 or root canal for $ 400 (mind you, this is with my insurance). He also took the time to tell me what my last dentist failed to do — and not in a condescending way, but in a way that was constructive and why he was concerned with my x-​rays. I asked what his personal opinion was, and he said it would be better to have the tooth pulled and not go through a length and pricey root canal, because it would work out better both physically and financially. :)
Not long after, another dentist came in — and I wish I could remember his name — and did the procedure. I don’t think I’ve met a practitioner who was more caring, resassuring and professional! He took the time to tell me about the procedure, and was SO incredibly compassionate during the extraction. After it was all done, HE was the one who took the time to tell me about after care, my antibiotics and answered my questions — not the hygienists! (The hygienists, by the way, are equally friendly and helpful.)
I am definitely happy to recommend Dr. Ngo and his staff!
