My FIL is obsessed with $ stores, and this is his favorite; we go several times weekly. The store is clean, well organized, staff is courteous, it is an enjoyable shopping experience. Like most stores in this genre, your best bet is to buy things you like when you see them, because inventory changes often. There are many name brand items, and the FIL loves to stock up on canned«food»(yuck!) and their two for $ 1 greeting cards. I enjoy their expansive cartoon character/kids items(SpiderMan, Hello Kitty, Frozen…) for the littles I love, the extensive selection of gift bags and bows, some hygiene products, and seasonal items. We bought a bunch of «noodles» for our pool and cute decorations for a Fourth of July party here. Definitely a place we will continue to frequent when back in AZ.

This is our neighborhood Dollar Tree store. We were so excited when they first opened. Clean, neat & friendly. But all if did over time was go down hill. To the point, if you made a comment to a cashier, after you interrupted the phone call she was on, all you got was dirty look. I stopped going into the store. A month ago I stopped in – to my delight, the store is cleaned up 200%, friendly help, Very nice store again! I am so pleased to see the improvement! THANKYOUMANAGEMENTFORHIRINGTHERIGHTEMPLOYEES!!! THEYARETHEONESWHOGETCREDITFORCLEANINGTHISSTOREUP! Please keep up the store, floors are important part of the over all look also. Thank you again!

This Dollar tree is well maintained but not one of the larger versions and doesn’t have some of the items the larger stores have. I only bought three things this trip because I didn’t need much and they didn’t have some of the items I have bought at DT’s before. But what I got would have surely been 2−3X as much even at Wal-Mart. In talking with the cashier, I found out this is the store that replaced the one at Az Ave and Ray when it closed. I’m sure I’ll be back because this is now the location closest to me.

I love all dollar trees. This is one is no exception. It’s located in a nicer part of town and it’s a large store with lots of things. Things I always love to buy at dollar tree: 1. batteries if I am on the go 2. shower curtains for the dorms/new apartment 3. bandaids 4. candles(tealight candles) 5. anything that I would use on a short-term quick basis(only $ 1, can’t complain!) 6. School supplies can sometimes be a good buy especially if I can find brand name items

It’s a Dollar Store — I mean, what can you *really* expect. It’s clean and pretty well organized, and everything is a dollar. I think 2 things are important to keep in mind when you shop at a dollar store. 1) Know what things cost — not everything there is a good value, you have to know how much a gallon of bleach costs vs the quart they might be selling for a buck. 2) Know when to GETOUT. When the poorly painted ceramic figurine of a bear with a flower sticking out of it’s butt starts looking good to you, it’s time to go! There’s some kind of weirdness in dollar stores, you spend too much time inside, and tacky magically becomes tasteful. It’s a great place to pick up cleaning staples like sponges, and I always get the aluminum pans and such for parties here. Great seasonal item selections, right now I’m stocking up on pool toys!
