My credit card was charged, and I received confirmation of a delivery date. I received an email from Logan(company owner) who told me there was a three week back-up. I replied asking when the earliest date was so we could adjust our plans for on-site labor. I never received a response. I sent three follow-up emails(adding the sales and customer service department email addresses), and I called three times(leaving a message each time). I never received a return email or call. Today(11÷6÷2015) I called and reached Logan. After asking for my order information, he very quietly hung up on me. ?? I would maintain a wide berth when it comes to this company. I am working with American Express to dispute the charge.
