E & S Orthodontics

As a proud graduate of E&S orthodontics I want to take a moment to thank all of the staff at E&S Orthodontics for being amazing! They do great work, are organized and efficient and will always take the time to fully explain all of your options and treatment details. Billing and appointments were always accurate and they even went out of their way to accommodate me when I needed to get in urgently. Of course, most importantly, my smile looks amazing thanks to their hard work. As a Human Resources Director I hear a lot of horror stories from my employees about less than stellar providers in the medical/​dental/​orthodontia world with billing errors, unexpected charges and treatment dissatisfaction. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the competent staff and treatment received at E&S. I would highly recommend E&S orthodontics for you and your family!

We could not find many reviews on here but found more on Google for this practice, so we tried them.
Ease of making an appt was good. They have several offices in various suburbs, and are only in the Chandler ofc certain days.
It was a bit hard to find. Kind of hidden on the backside of an office complex.
We walked in and like all the other orthodontists we have tried, there was an area with video games for the kids. They had us fill out our paperwork ahead of time. Décor was Batman-​themed when we went.
We waited for a bit and finally a girl came to get my son for xrays. She brought him back and I could barely understand her, though she was American. She was sweet; just didn’t enunciate well and talked fast.
She brought us to an exam room where another lady helped us. We waited there for the orthodontist for a bit. He finally came in and was very pleasant. He said he did not want to opt for my son get braces just yet; he wanted to continue to follow him for a bit and see him back in 6 mos to see progression of how his bone structure is growing in relation to how his teeth are coming out. He said if we got braces now, we may have to go thru it again at age 19 or so after puberty.
I was so relieved to have found an honest dr who seemed to have the patient’s best interest in mind.

After meeting with 6 other practices, when i decided to correct my smile, I chose E & S Orthodontics. After my consultation it was clear that they truly had a passion for smiles and their patients. I have now been with E & S Orthodontics for two years and am completely satisfied. They have always gone above and beyond to meet my scheduling needs and address my concerns. If you are looking for the the latest technology in orthodontic dentistry and great service, E & S Orthodontics is the place. I love them so much my son & niece also have braces at with this practice. In the future I will continue to go to them for all of my families Orthodontic needs. Thank you E & S, you guys ROCK!

Be careful you may not meet the synergistic criteria of the office. I had a fine consultation during which I explained to the doctor that regular braces were not going to be an option for me and I wanted to do invisalign. He still continued through my treatment plan with me and explained that we could move forward. After meeting with the staff member about pricing I left the office over an hour later thinking I was all set to start treatment. Two days later I received a call from the office manager stating that I didn’t fit into the synergistic style of the office. I’m still not quite sure what this means but I think that the doctor didn’t like the fact that I told him there was only one treatment option that I would accept. I am a nurse and have been in health care for 12 years. I was not mean to the staff in any way while I was there. Either way I would just be careful before you waste 1.5 hours of your life and are exposed to an entire work up including x-​ray.
