A driver from this store hit the back of my fender while I was at work over 1 month ago. A very nice gentleman witnessed this, took pictures of the van and wrote me a note. I contacted the store that night after I got off from work. The manager had left, but the employee said he would pass the message on. By almost noon the next day, I had not heard from them, so I called. Alan was courteous(but no apology) and asked for the pictures as well as pictures of the damage. I emailed him this immediately. I haven’t heard from Alan since. I have called the store twice, emailed him and emailed the national customer service to no avail. The second follow-up phone call, a part-time worker said he was trying to get more information(video surveillance) but my workplace wasn’t cooperating. Umm, I am confused. How does a part-time employee know about this yet the manager has no time to call to apologize. The witness described a female driver, license plate, correct phone number of store, time and a picture of the van. Plus it corresponds to the damage on my van. Is this not enough evidence to warrant an apology for my inconvenience? Realize the damage was just cosmetic. If I were to repaint the fender it would be approx $ 150. I was just hoping for a phone call to apologize — even for the inconvenience in time if they are not willing to accept blame. I guess it is not happening. Well at least we know why the driver didn’t take any responsibility for her mistake… She is just following leadership’s example.

Unbelievably expensive… not worth the price. I just can’t believe the prices of these items, I stopped by to get some info and I was blown away. The average item here is 65 bucks, and that’s just for a regular size…65 bucks for a basket of cut up fruit pieces? Seriously? I just… wow. I was thinking maybe 25 bucks, it’s just FRUIT! There’s no flowers, there’s no roses, no speciality items, just fruit… and it’s not even organic, I could see if all the fruit was organic… but nope, just plain everyday fruit. The smallest, cheapest item here was 30 bucks, and that was for 12 strawberries dipped in chocolate, and I asked what is so special about them? They said such and such, «they’re gourmet, they’re premium», etc… I went online to explore my options and the«gourmet» chocolate they use is just hershey’s…the same hershey’s bar you get at the grocery store, yeah. I don’t know how they sell these things, I actually feel bad for the sales people here because seriously how do you justify to people to spend 80 bucks on a bunch of generic, cut-up fruit? I went to whole foods, got a bouquet of flowers for 10 bucks and a couple chocolate bark pieces and managed to make my wife happy, I didn’t spend 70 dollars on diced honeydew melon. I’m sorry folks, I just don’t get it… how can you look at people in the face and actually charge them these prices for a basket of cut up fruit? I’ve seen these things at my workplace before and honestly most of the time the larger arrangements go to waste because nobody eats them all. It just seems like such a waste for so much money. Lower those prices man, for real it’s highway robbery!

Update: I never received a phone call from«Annie» or anyone from Edible Arrangements about my refund. I called and spoke with the manager(forget her name but it wasn’t Annie) and she said that the refund had to be completed through the original store the arrangement was purchased through, and that she would call them and let them know. A week passes and we still have no refund. I called and speak with the same manager and she did promptly take care of us and refund the money onto my boyfriends card, which I gave the card info over the phone. She then informed me that Jen was not authorized to do any refunds of any kind over the phone, so basically my boyfriend gave his card information to a stranger. We’ve taken care of our accounts, however BEWARE of this place. We NEVER recevied an apology for ruining our 8 year anniversary. HORRIBLE customer service and I will never recommend any Edible Arrangements locations to anyone ever again.

I travel for work, working different places for three months at a time. I like to give the people I work with a nice fruit basket on my last day. I’ve used Edible Arrangements in 7 states. This store is by far the best I have ever experienced. I used it once a couple of months ago and was very impressed, but thought it might have been a fluke. But yesterday I bought another arrangement from them and I was thrilled! All Edible Arrangement stores are not created equal — this store goes above and beyond the product description. Absolutely delicious fruit, perfectly hand-dipped, arranged beautifully… and it seems to me they are generous with their portions. Overall, I like Edible Arrangements, but I LOVE this particular store! If you are looking for something besides the usual boring cookies to bring to a get-together, get yourself a fruit bouquet. You will be the hit of the party.

Fresh fruit arranged as a tasty bouquet is a great gift for any occasion. Whether it’s for Valentine’s Day or a gift or if you’ve ended up in the doghouse for something. Always a good decision.
