Focused On Eyes

Love Dr. Jaki and her staff. She’s very thorough with her exams. I’ve been a patient of hers for quite some time now and I always come out satisfied because she’s helping me to SEE! She also had nice frames too! I would highly suggest going to her.

I needed my annual eye exam and decided to try Focused on Eyes. I’m happy I did! It was a pleasant experience. I didn’t have to wait to be seen, they were prompt in all areas, including reception area, and fitting of new glasses. Dr. Lucas gave me an extensive eye exam, answered all my questions and concerns and was very nice and professional. My eyes aren’t too bad but in my aging process things are changing at a rapid pace and I found a place that I can feel confident in taking care of my eyesight and glasses needs for years to come! Thanks to Dr. Lucas and her team!

I have been in need of an eye exam for over a year, and having been in the eye business, I decided to try Focused on Eyes. Great experience in appointment making, eye exam and Dr. Lucas is a very competent examiner, and gives you an explanation as you go along through your exam, puts you at ease during the entire process. Would highly recommend and have you all go in for an exam and comforting experience, even for those that don’t like having an eye exam. Easy to find, and you don’t sit for hours waiting, very pleasant experience. I will be back.

I have been coming to Dr. Lucas for 5+ years, she is by far the best optometrist I have been to and I have been getting glasses/​contacts since I was in third grade. The front desk staff is very friendly and that is always appreciated.

I just want to tell you all a quick story. With the prodding of my wife i reluctantly went to the eye doctor because my arms are no longer long enough to read a medicine bottle. I got an eye exam and was horrified to find out that after 43 years of perfect eye sight i needed glasses. I am officiating my nieces wedding in 2 days (my exam was 3 days ago) so they put a rush on getting them back before then so i could actually see what i was supposed to say right in front of me. My glasses happily arrived yesterday and i went to get them but the manufacturer got the prescription wrong. The doctor was mortified knowing that i needed them on Sunday and it was now Thursday evening. On Friday morning she personally took my glasses to the manufacturer and they were ready for me to pick up Friday at noon! This office has the best customer service i have seen in years! Thank you to everyone there for your excellent work and for going out of your way to make sure I had my glasses in time! Wish i could give you ten stars!

This was the best glasses shopping experience of my life. The doctor was nice, open minded, friendly, and explained everything to me, something I’ve never had another doctor do. I loved to hear about why each test was done, which ones were risk assessments, etc. Great «bedside» manner.
The woman who helped me order my glasses was incredibly patient, and helpful, as well as knew about lots of different options. Add to that the receptionist who knew her stuff too, and was super sweet and helpful in helping me choose my frames.
I’m recommending this place to my partner, and any one who will listen. What a great experience!
