As usual we had a great experience at GameStop. The staff has always been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Kyle really helped us find games that we would like to play. The reward system was explained to us very well.

I’m just so curious to find out if their customer service training actually tells them to blatantly ignore customers or if that’s just something they came up with all on their own. No, no, I’m sure your gossip about other staff members is much more important than assisting me.

Went in here to ask about the $ 399.99 Xbox One and normally I’m treated very kindly. But the guy behind the counter looked angry and it disgusted me. I was planning on getting the Xbox One. But I’d rather get it at Wal-​mart where they’ll at least smile at me.
