Found Dan thru a friend’s recommendation. Needed a sand filter media change. Dan came did the work and left the area clean. He also showed me how to disassemble my pool pump, so I can trouble shot it in the future. Well I didn’t put it together quite right and offered to pay Dan to come out and fix the leak. He came out to look and fix it for free, no replacement part needed. This is how you get repeat business.
*Update* As I mentioned, I thought Dan was such a great find we have since started to pay him monthly to maintain our pool.

I wanted to give our pool guy some props for the outstanding service he has done maintaining our pool.
We were with another pool company who failed many times at maintaining our pool by not showing up on scheduled days which allowed our pool to turn and nearly got damaged due to his incompetency.
After heavily researching I came down to just 2 companies, and even though it was a little more in cost I felt confident that this guy was honest and trustworthy. He has been on time with his schedule, notifies quickly if there is anything that is wrong with the pool or needs attention and fixes it promptly. He lets us know ahead any future changes to the schedule well in advance such as thanksgiving and Christmas schedules.
We been using him for about 6 months and am pretty happy and confident with his work. I feel like a pool guy should be in the shadows knowing that the job is getting done and I can just go out and enjoy the pool as it was meant to and so far with him that I actually can.
