Being out of the «scene» for oh the better part of 15 – 16 years, I was amazed at all the new items you can now purchase online. I decided I wanted to check out and touch the items instead of ordering off a website.
I went into the Chandler location looking for a basic pipe and spent about 15 minutes looking around. The young woman who helped me (can’t remember her name right now) was more than patient with all my questions. I walked out of there feeling good about my purchase and the service I received, I will definitely be back!

Screw this place! It’s a rip off! Bought a piece that had a crack in it. Brought it back the next day only to be told I had to buy an $ 8 gunk shit for it. $ 125 piece that’s crap! Don’t bother. And I’ll be in touch with the company that made the piece to let them know they are selling damaged crap and shitting on the company’s name.
And after all the emails not one person form this shitty shop even emailed me back. Your shit bing sucks!

My HM experience was a $ 50 lesson worth its weight in gold.. . On July 7^th I purchased a Newport torch there on the advise of the staff showcasing it as their longest lasting product. The purchase included no packaging and appeared mildly used. Within 3 – 4 days it would no longer hold a butane charge. Finally once I had time I tried to return the torch on the 7^th day following. The staff tried to justify the faulty merchandise by blaming it on improper storage because the unit had heated up on the drive over. And finally informed me that there could be no refund or exchange.
So what if the shop window displays images that say «f*ck meth» when obviously their practice is run on many of the same principles. Caveat Emptor and if you are looking for a Newport torch head to Sky High. They sell PACKAGED torches that you can return as long as you keep the box.
