Integrity Duct Cleaning

Do not go anywhere else for air duct cleaning or odor removal. The owner Doug is awesome. He truly cares about his customers and treats your home as if it were his own. Honest, professional, efficient, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained his method of air duct cleaning/​odor removal. I bought a house that the seller had been using carpet deodorizer powder and it was so overpowering you couldn’t breathe in there. My Mom who is on oxygen lives with me and I had to do something to get the odor out. I tore out carpets and it did help some but smell was still there. So I figured that the powder must have attached itself to everything including air ducts. Doug and Ryan were great. They cleaned all of my vent registers spotless, cleaned all air ducts, intake register, hvac and dryer vent (Doug even cleaned the outside of dryer) and the next step is their mop and scrub method which they are the only company that does this and then last they sanitized with a fogger that smelled like cinnamon. I could have also had them do a pure air treatment which is a complete sterilization of duct/​hvac, all air and surface area of the home but after all of my unexpected expenses I am going to have to wait. But I will definitely be calling them in the future. I cant say enough how great Doug and Ryan were. Explaining and showing me everything as they were working.
