I called about 5 stagers for a listing I got that had been on the market over 280 days by two other agents. Out of the 5, Paula was the only person to answer her phone, before 9am. She scheduled a consultation within a few days and offered many creative solutions, plus was flexible with my sellers very limited budget. The staging looked amazing, but don’t just take my word for it. We went back on the market and RAISED the listing price $ 2,000 — within 10 days got multiple offers and went under agreement ABOVE ASKING PRICE. What else can be said? A truly awesome experience and I will be using her as often as I can. Thank you Paula!

Called Paula based on Unilocal reviews to stage home for sale after an extensive remodel and disposal of décor with an eye to massively downsize. Excellent response times, stuck to budget, was able to incorporate items from my family to help keep costs down but stayed on theme. Almost makes you want to not move!

I’m a Realtor and have worked with Paula for years to stage my sellers’ homes. Using the furniture they already have and rearranging their accessories/wall decorations she turns an average home into something that looks like a model home. She has an eye for this, giving an end result that amazes me every time, and consistently gets my sellers’ homes sold more quickly than the competition. I would definitely recommend her for anyone planning on selling their home, OR have her out while you still live there and actually get to ENJOY the home, instead of just making it look beautiful right before you move out :)

Paula is a designer who really listens to her clients needs and wants. She also understands what the word «budget» means. These are two very important features when looking for a designer. I was impressed with her abilities to show her layout plans using CAD along with some nice visual representations. She has a creative edge and thinks of ideas that I never thought of… plus, she’s just a nice person. I’ve referred her to friends and will continue to do so in the future. Can’t wait to see more before and after’s Paula.
