The service department at this chandler location is trash, especially John… I paid full price for a new clutch kit. John tells me the job will take 2 days. less than 24 hours he calls and said it’s done (which seemed nice they got it done earlier) but I should of put 2 and 2 together… they must of did a sloppy rush job because my truck after a day use was worse than before… I take it back a few days after in where Jon test drives it for 2 minutes only from front of dealership to the back near service dept. He had my truck a total of 5 minutes and said «well there is nothing we can do» after robbing me of $ 500.00 they were un-​willing to do anything about the issue… the trashiest, most non experienced mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. this service department will return your car with more problems than you brought it in with… trust me find another place, even if it cost more it will be worth it.

This place is a rip off. they couldn’t even give me a sample contact to read their terms and fine print. They told me one thing over the phone and then it was completely different when I got there. Do NOT go here.

It’s a long drive away for some, but if you need a cheaper car for whatever reason-​this is the place to go. The people there are already nice and understanding, but if you happen to be lucky enough to get Fred-you’re def going to get a good car at a really good price and not treat you like garbage the way other deals do when your credit sucks lol. I went with my boyfriend to get his car and Fred took care of him so well. Got him a nice shiny red Ford escort that runs very well. There were only a few complications upon getting it and that was the liquid levels and the condition of the thermostat; Fred towed his car for free and fixed it free of charge because it had happened only a few weeks after purchase. Even with a bad rep on the company as a whole this location and its staff shows you what JD Byrider’s mission is truly about. I recommend this location, and I def recommend asking for Fred!
