I came here one afternoon. There was only one other lady that was getting her nails done. The girl who was doing her nails did mine as well. When I first came in there was immediate attitude. I have never dealt with such rudeness. She talked to me with annoyance because I didn’t really know what I wanted because I don’t get my nails done often. She didn’t even dry my nails after I was done so they got messed up when I opened my car door and going into my purse. I didn’t even want to go back inside because of how bad their attitudes were. ALSO one of the older woman just went right into my purse looking for money to pay… which is NOT OK. I did not enjoy my time here. I felt as if she just wanted to get rid of me so they could not do their job and gossip. I paid what I owed and left and never came back. NO THANK YOU NEVER AGAIN.

I recently moved to Arizona from California & im really picky about where I go but since I’m new to the area, I tried this place and one other before. I highly recommend this place. Tammy is great and so is everyone else. Very friendly.

I am super picky about my nails and have no complaints. They have a ton of matching gel colors. Everyone was nice and she shaped my nails correctly.

Great place to go for a quick pedicure. We got spa pedicure but they also offer express pedicured. I love my spa pedicure and even got a cute flower design. Ladies were pleasant and professional. English was a little broke but they can communicate just enough to know what you want. I will definitely go back.

Very friendly employees that talk to you while they do their work. The girl that did my nails took her time and really did a good job on my stiletto nails. I love their nail work but wouldn’t recommend getting waxing done. Asked for a touch up and the shape of my eyebrow was completely different when I walked out. Over all I’d come back because I do appreciate great service!

I really enjoyed my time here. The ladies were super nice and attentive. Tammy did my nails and she did a great job. I had my 4 year old in tow and they were good to her even though I know she can be a bit much with her 101 questions. Definitely will come back once I grow my own nails because I really don’t like the fake ones. :)

I was trying to find a new place and I wasn’t sure about new places. So I decided to go to this place because I remember seeing the sign on the street in the past. Great decision. I walked in asked about prices they helped a lot, and even found me best way to get what I wanted and save money. My 6 year old daughter was with me and they even did her fingers and toes. They were really sweet to her. They care about what you want and your needs. Great service! Amazing massage! Great!

Great nail salon! Very friendly! They suggested upgrades but weren’t pushy when I said I couldn’t afford the pedicure this week; just encouraged me to come back next week. I got a gel manicure… they took their time and were very precise with their work. Moderate selection of gel colors, more than just pinks at other salons! Fair pricing + good work = 2nd visit! Will definitely go back to KV!
