La Petite Academy

My 2 year old loves LA Petite he went to one before this in Phoenix and he always cried but after a couple of days he stop crying and was so excited to go. The ladies in that room are so friendly and loving to all the kids. I’m really grateful especially since my son has a speech delay so I’m really cautious about who I leave him with.

La petite has provided the absolute worst care to my one year old. If Unilocal would have given me the option I would have rated them zero stars.
I have several experiences to share so let’s begin… Not only have the prices that I’ve been forced to pay changed time and time again with no reason presented to me as to why.
The director is not a people person what so ever and is extremely rude! She is the root of the issue.
To top that, before my son could walk or even rollover I picked him up from the «daycare» (I’ll use the term loosely for arguments sake) and he was wedged underneath a rocking chair screaming at the top of his lounges, as I sprinted to him both staff members that were present at the time so called ignored him as if he were not even there only acknowledging him when noticing my present
There have been times where I picked up my now one-​year-​old and his clothing was bleached and destroyed. Now my concern with this is not that his clothing was left a mess my concern is that a one-​year-​old would even be in arms reach of a chemical that could take his life.
As for more recent events I walked into the toddler room and witnessed my son crying at the legs of a staff member who was yelling at him to «Shut up and sit down!!»
This behavior to me is beyond unacceptable. I would not recommend this so called «child care» to ANY parent. In my personal opinion only a parent who cared nothing about their child would bring them to such a disturbing place.
Just by going online you can find that it has 21 citations just THIS YEAR any other school I have found only averages about two or three.
Needless to say I am finally at ease and have found a REAL childcare service that I can put my child in and feel confident and more importantly SAFE!

and search for this school! You will find over 21 Citations this year for this school!!! 21!!! Most other schools only have 2 or 3!!!
I cannot tell you how mortified my family and I are that we ever brought our child to this school! It is a dump! It has insane staff turnover and the citations are sickening and dangerous!!!
DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!

They are incredible here! My daughter has been attending for almost 2 years. The current management and staff are phenomenal. It is difficult leaving my little one but they have made the transition easier. My daughter has loved all of her teachers and I love that it is a small intimate facility. They have been accommodating with our dietary restrictions and any requests we have made. The facility is clean but still maintains warmth which is important for me.

My daughter was hurt on their playground and they refused to pay for her medical bills. :(
