The worst customer service ever, A few years back I had to get an oxygen machine and it was late right at closing and my lady friend and I had to pick up the whole machine by ourselves and put it in the car, There was no one there to help. They show up unannounced with no warning to service the machine. But the last one was a doozie. A woman from this office shows up at my door to have me re-sign my 5 year contract because every 5 years I am supposed to get a new machine. Well, it’s been two weeks now and no machine in sight. I plan on following up with Medicare. Can hardly recommend this place for anything. Unfriendly and unprofessional are my top two words.

The office staff here is very unhelpful. I had moved from out of state and had billing issues due to change of insurance. When I walked in to seek help, they said they cannot help me, and I have to call customer service. Now when I called customer service, after a few options, the person who took my information told that their system is integrated and anywhere in the country, their offices can help. Exactly the opposite of what the local office mentioned. I think they have extremely poor coordination between local offices and central office which causes a lot of issues

OMG! When finding this company listed on my Healthcare Insurance, I thought this was the perfect Durable Equipment Company and ITISNOT! These people started off good, then went from BAD to EXTRA, EXTRAUN-PROFESSIONAL! They have the WORST Customer Service, they don’t return phone calls when they should, they blow off the Patient needs, make up a bunch of excuses. Want more? They expect for you to do all their footwork for them, they keep telling me Medicare doesn’t pay for my husband’s items he needs, I keep telling them I DONOTHAVEMEDICARE! They just do not get it! They pass the«Buck», Rude, and always out of the office or on vacation. The office manager makes poor decisions, not helpful and they are a bunch of idiots getting paid by our Healthcare Insurances. Giving them ONE Star is not Low enough! Stay away from this company, we have been dealing since April and they cannot even stock a simple item like a Gecko nose pad which is a needed item for anyone who uses a C-Pap Mask. I have contacted the CEO and where ever these two email accounts go to ; in hopes that someone will set this office straight.

BEWARE. They seemed good talking over the phone several times and ordering a CPAP. But when we went in to sign the paperwork, it got weird. They wanted permission to run credit checks. Since we were covered by good insurance, this made no sense. They said it was«only done» when you didn’t pay for your part of the bill, but the paperwork was just a blank«we can run credit checks». Then they wanted something signed that said they could charge any amount at any frequency on a credit card and we promised to pay it(e.g. we would not dispute it even if it was wrong). That is like handing over a stack of blank signed checks. With that signed statement, the credit card company would side with them on any disputes. No other DME has ever asked for anything like that, they all take insurance information and if you owe anything bill you for the remainder(most after insurance has paid, and it is not unusual for a mistake to be made and the DME doesn’t show a payment insurance made or a copayment we made). I asked if they would sign that paperwork with my company and both the rep and the manager said no they would not but the manager said if you want the cpap you will sign it(blackmailing me by threatening me with untreated sleep apnea???). We walked. Went to H&L Medical in Scottsdale who was shocked any DME asked for what Lincare did. H&L also saved us hundreds of dollars that Lincare would have charged us. Lincare told us that the only way to get a cpap was for us to «rent to own» it, that that is what they insurance companies did, so they were going to charge us about $ 175 with one time fees and rental fees. With H&L we had a one time bill for about $ 35 for our portion(after insurance paid the rest) and we owned the machine right away.
