McDonald’s

Walked over from KTR and decided we would sit and dine in. The dining area has 14 tables and there was only one occupied all the other tables were dirty with crumbs and leftovers on the tables and chairs and the floor had to call an employee out to clean tables. The soda and condiment station is completely dirty almost gross. I don’t think anyone has come from behind the counter all day to clean… oh wait let me correct myself now that I’ve complained someone has come out to clean. Very disappointed they need to step it up a level it can’t be that hard to send someone out every half hour to check the dining area!

Very nice staff and cashier was very nice and cool food was so good and clean and quick with my order

The staff is super friendly and they have my food out in a timely manner. Don’t let one bad experience keep you from coming back. Go back now and see if it changes your minds any.

It is summertime and they have a huge picture of an ice cream cone painted on their front window… but their ice cream machine has been down two separate weeks apart visits. I tried, but I won’t be back.

Slow service. They always seem to screw up your order and the fries are hit or miss, you just never know. I refuse to go to this McDonald’s.

Last time I went they put way too much salt on my fries. Felt like my mouth was burning :-/

This is the worst McD’s we ever been and the slowest. Took them over 15 min to get our food and there weren’t even busy. There were couple of other people waiting for their food and seem like they were pissed too because of the slow service and lack of care. There were bunch of young kids working there goofing around. Manager was there but didn’t seem to care. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Service here is SLOW.
What purpose is two drive thrus if they can’t efficiently maintain one?

It was an ok restaurant, but the service wasn’t that great, they didn’t pay attention to the customers and one of their machines is broken… which was supposedly also broken in another review.

This is literally the worst mcdonald’s I have ever gone to. In the last week I went to separate times to get an iced coffee before work in the morning. Only to be told that their machine is down for cleaning. Just a hint… AZ is hot at 6:30am and choosing to clean your coffee machines at 6 in the morning is ridiculous… most people drink coffee when??? THE MORNING!!!

This location is horrible. The service is terrible and some of the food has sucked.
The ladies that run the counter and drive thru have no tact. They’re emotionless and they just expedite you like you’re a pile of dough coming down the conveyor belt.
My last visit, ever, was when I ordered that new oatmeal with fruit deal that was being promoted earlier this year… and it was gross. I watched them haphazardly put it together. They opened a packet of plain oatmeal, dumped it in. Went over to the hot coffee dispenser, poured in double the amount of hot water and then opened the packet of fruit and just dumped it in.
It wasn’t oatmeal. It was like fruit in hot milk. WAY TOO THIN. I dumped it out before I left, and only took my coffee.
