Nepotism at its worst. If you’re going to load your company with relatives, then at least pick ones with experience/credentials/skills. Mitch Kellogg, the owner, leads the pack with his lack of professionalism and discourteous behavior. Add unethical. Metro withdrew funds from our HOA account without authorization. If you’re looking for a property management team, save yourself time. Make sure that Metro doesn’t get on the consideration list.

As far as property management goes my dealings with Metro Property have been horrible. HOA dues are expected at the 1st of the month and there are consequences if not paid. I have requested a repair the property management is responsible for & still on follow up on my request for the repair & it seems to be of no concern to Metro Property. For $ 155 a month I expect my property to be maintained by the company I pay my dues to but as it turns out the monthly dues keep increasing but the property maintenance seems to be decreasing. If looking for a property management company that is expensive and unreliable then look no further this is the property management company for you and again their name is Metro Property and they will be happy to take your money and you. the consumer will get very little in return. Beware of this property management company.
