Both my husband and I have had an all around terrible experience with this dentist. We both had to have another dentist fix his work. My fill was done very quickly and poorly which caused more tooth damage. My husband’s crown came off within days and caused him severe pain. The cleanings were not thorough. There was always a 40min+ wait time. And to boot, we just received a random bill in the mail last week, but haven’t been to the office in over a year.

Went to him for years also then started saying I needed some extra work. Found out other employees from my company were all being told they needed the same $ 400+ procedure which insurance didn’t cover.

Have gone to this dentist for over 5 years. Everyone there is very friendly and have always received top notch service. Also they typically serve me right about when my appointment time is which is nice. A lot of dentists overbook so you have to wait a long time. Have recommended to family and friends.

What a wonderful experience!
The staff is so friendly and informative. I went in for a simple exam and cleaning. They offer an oral cancer screening with a special light for only $ 25 (insurance won’t cover it). It was great to leave knowing i was in the clear. They recommend getting the screening done once a year.
Dr. Catlett was very professional, gentle and thorough. He fixed a stray wire on my retainer and took a scratch (from an ATV accident) off my tooth.
I would recommend this office to anyone, I couldn’t have been more pleased!
*They offer a dental insurance plan if you do not have insurance already.
