I frequently order my shoes at and have them shipped to my home for free. Naturalizer USED to offer free shipping for purchases over $ 200 automatically, but this feature ended around 2010, so I now only send in online purchases when I get email notifications of at least 20% discounts AND free shipping! I wear size 5M and 5.5M for dress shoes and boots, respectively, and I find that my success rate of finding a great-looking pair of shoes(for why I else would I choose it if I didn’t like the way it looked on the page) to actually LOOK great in-person AND fit well on my tootsies is about 20%, maybe less(anywhere, not just from Naturalizer). This means that while it is ever so convenient to order online anytime of the day, whether during breakfast sitting in front of the laptop, or at midnight before heading off to bed, I get to chat w/the employees at the Naturalizer at Chandler Fashion Mall when I eventually have to return the shoes that don’t quite fit. I rarely encounter problems when returning the shoes to this location– I can only remember having to return two times out of the many years I first started ordering Naturalizer shoes online and returning them(both in IL and in AZ), and both instances were at this Chandler location– one was bec. I didn’t have the correct receipt w/me(customers can use either the actual billing receipt OR print out the purchase confirmation email Naturalizer sends automatically to email accounts and take these to the store), and the second was when the swing shift employee told me that he «was not authorized» to return the pair of shoes using my confirmation email printout, so I had to return again the next day to have the manager handle the transaction during the day shift. I wouldn’t have minded so much, but mileage from Laveen to Chandler is 24 miles one-way!(Even living in Scottsdale now, I find that I’d much rather return the shoes to this location than to the one in Paradise Valley, which is around 8 miles from where I live.) I love Naturalizer for it provides great online selection of shoes for those w/smaller and/or wider feet who aren’t able to shop at department stores, such as Macy’s, Nordstrom, DSW, or Dillard’s. I also love the almost hassle-free IN-STORE return policy– I rarely shop at online merchants anymore that require me to re-pack items AND make me either wait around for FedEx to pick them up, or have me travel to the nearest drop-off location. I’m a loyal Naturalizer customer– save the pairs of sneakers I wear for my workouts, ALL of my dress and casual shoes are from Naturalizer! [Well, except for the pair I bought from Macy’s last month… I was flabbergasted that I found size 5 shoes there! They’re 4-inch heels, though(which may be why they were still available at the store!), but surprisingly comfortable… for about half an hour.]

I think this is the official store of Naturalizer in Chandler Fashion Mall. My wife really like their shoes. The shoes quality is better than in other department store. They also offer free shipping if you order online in the store, if the size or model is not available in the store. The staff is very friendly and know their shoes well.
