Neo Nails

I decided to write a more current review since most of what are here are at least a couple of years old… I went to get a fill on my pink and white acrylic nails and the service was okay but not spectacular… I had made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait but I felt the place was extremely dirty! Everything had stains and his equipment was sticky– I don’t think any of his tools he used had been cleaned in months! I sat there worried the whole time that I was going to get some kind of fungus from his dirty tools he was using on me! The nail polish looked gross — like he just kept refilling the bottle– The outside was covered in dirty sticky product! He was friendly enough but I felt like I needed to go home and bathe after being in there! The owners need to update and clean their tools they use on nails! I don’t believe it would pass any health codes and am actually surprised they remain in business!

David, my nail tech is awesome there is nobody else I would go to since I came to Az. in Nov. of 2012. David takes great details to your nails and is a very sweet and friendly person. You won’t be disappointed as Neo Nails is just like the professional place I went to in Syracuse, New York. You feel like one of the family there and they give you that extra touch to make sure you are happy with your nails or whatever service they provide. Overall, below average experience. They didn’t offer a menu or provide options. My person was not even paying attention, she was watching tv. The place itself was very basic, nothing special. The place didn’t feel «clean.». Compared to other nail salons like this, it was a below average experience.

This place is absolutely horrible. After reading positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. They told me there was no wait, yet put me in a pedicure chair and had my feet soaking in water until the water turned cold before someone came to help me (about a half hour). The woman who did my pedicure did a decent job so I was no longer upset about the wait. However, the woman used the SAME pedicure equipment on my feet as the woman next to me. When I said something about sanitary issues she sprayed alcohol on the instruments and insisted they were sanitary. I told her that was gross and she went and got new equipment which I am sure was not properly cleaned either. Then when it came time for my manicure, the man who did it barely filed my nails, rushed trimming my cuticles to the point I was bleeding, and did such a poor job painting them I feel a small child could have done better. They were so rushed and kept telling walk-​in clients there was no wait, and therefore making everyone pay by providing horrible rush jobs. I will NEVER go back again.

Great place!
I’ve never had to wait very long for a walk-​in, maybe 20 mins at most.
The staff is friendly and does a great job.
Prices are consistent with similar salons.
Parking can be tough in this shopping center, but that isn’t the fault of the salon.

This place is by my mom’s house and sometimes we’ll stop here for a pedicure. We have been here a number of times and always leave happy.
Clean and updated facilities, comfortable chairs. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The wait (if any) is always minimal. Good selection of colors. Reasonable prices. And, one of my favorite parts, they don’t try to upsell you with some lengthy menu (flowers, sugar scrub, callous removal, etc.)…they just give you what you ask for. They may make an occasional recommendation but I have been some places where I feel like I’m being harassed to get more services and I have never felt like that here.
Although I typically get pedicures here, my mom did treat me to a gel manicure a few weeks ago and I was very happy with it. It lasted about 2 weeks with no chipping until I couldn’t take the growth anymore and removed it myself – so, it may have lasted even longer. They recently got OPI gel colors here and I was very happy with all of the color choices

Got a full set of acrylic w/​french for $ 32.00. Tony was so nice and professional. Did a great job and I love my nails. I’ll be going back for fills.

Very clean, friendly staff, decent prices. I paid only $ 22 for a full set of acrylic and they looked great! They also have great spa chairs for pedis inclufing a hot rock massage.
