I have been going to OPT for about 5 months now, and I cannot say enough about how much I enjoy my early morning workouts with Shaun. They provide such a positive environment, and it is obvious the passion they have for what they do! I started in hopes of dropping a few pounds; I have not only seen a physical transformation but a mental and emotional one as well.

Through the years I have done countless bootcamps, been to countless gyms, and done countless exercise programs. I have never enjoyed my workouts as much as I do at OPT. There is such a positive, happy environment at OPT that I actually look forward to my workouts.

Great new facility, great ownership. One thing I can always count on is getting my butt kicked when I come to work out. The owner Joey is a great guy to be around, passionate about what he does and an excellent trainer. One work out with Joey is equal to a week at LA fitness. I highly recommend you schedule a visit and do a 1×1 with Joey and staff and form your own opinion. I guarantee you will satisfied! Mike

I did my Senior Internship here at Optimal Performance Training. As a Senior about to receive my BS in Exercise and Wellness from ASU, I got offered a spot at every fitness facility I interviewed with but chose to team up with Joey and Shaun. I’ve never met two individuals who are more passionate about what they do. They aren’t just in the business of helping people get fit, they are in the business of helping people LIVE LIFE! Furthermore, OPT is a family. A family who’s mission is to help people live the most balanced, healthy, and happiest life possible. Joey and his team don’t only focus on their client’s physical health, but mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health as well. I’ve trusted OPT in my professional and personal growth. You’ll miss out if you go with anyone else but these guys.
