Pink Polish

Tried really hard to like this place and have given them 3 chances not to screw up my nails. Visually, they look great but the acrylics pop off after FIVE days. The problem with this is that it costs me $ 60 to have a full set of nails for less than a week. Additionally, they only let you tip in cash.

The quality of the pedicures is back on track! I had a couple pedicures that weren’t the quality I expected. My last 4 pedicures have been great! I recommend you make an appointment since they get very busy.

This place is exactly what I was looking for. I love the set up or the furniture. Is not the typical hall with massage chairs. Also they don’t have that strong Acrylic smells. All the girls are wearing high heels and very fancy makeup and nails. They have good customer service (they could do better in the front desk though). The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is bc this girl I think she goes by Denise was doing a pedicure on me and she used very hot water I had to ask twice to cool it down, she got my legs all red bc of the hot water and the worst is that she make me a red bruise that is going to get purple. It hurts. She used to much pressure and her nails were pretty long and pointy. I did ask her to do it softer and she did but she still used her nails and that’s what make me the bruises.

Very expensive for what you are getting. I paid $ 50 for a polish change on my toes and a fill on my nails. My nails looked thick, and lumpy, and uneven. I went with my roomie who loves this place. I’ll stick to my allstar nail girl in Gilbert. Not worth what I paid

Got my lashes done here a few times. Ellie does ok but not the best. Wendy a temp did once and I really liked her only to find out she was a temp and doesn’t do lashes at any other salon. Katie did my lashes the last time when Ellie was gone– and I’ll never go back! She clumped together several lashes, I had clumps of glue in my lashes and they literally hurt! Tried to make appointment with owner, Tammie and when making the appointment he said «ok have you with Ellie at…» NO I said Tammie. Nice trying to pull fast one.
Only 1 or 2 of the girls are nice that do nails and do a good job but they are too hard on my nails and they started to be super thin. So had to stop getting my nails done there too. Nice place though, clean and decent prices– oh be careful they will over charge you if you aren’t paying attention. My friend got a fill and they had been charging her for a full new set for months till I was standing there and questioned it!

Love this place!
If there is a wait, it’s only for a minute or two. They have plenty of nail techs. It’s the cleanest salon I have ever been to. It’s BIG attentive staff answering the phones, Theresa is my favorite.

Nice facility! I would recommend making an appt as they seem to always be busy. I really like Natalie very nice and personable– she does an amazing job!

This is my third time going to Pink Polish. I enjoy going here because of their décor, how big it is, and just seems so clean. I also like how they do my nails. If you come here, get their gel nails. It’s worth it! I haven’t had any bad experiences here so it’s all positive comments.

ManicurQ today @Pink Polish! All I can say is what a total disaster! Greatly disappointed in the service! The nail tech wasn’t friendly @all! Didn’t strike up a conversation w/​me! When she was finished w/​me; she started a new client next to me. She was friendly and chatty patty! When I brought it up to the girls @the front; they were apologetic & gave me a discount. I won’t be back!

Really nice place to get your nails done! I like the high bar that you sit at to get your nails done. Makes it more comfortable for both parties I think! Also they have a TV right in front, so you can watch it at the same time!
My gel manicure lasted 3 weeks! It was awesome! Can’t wait to go back!

I very rarely get my nails done, so I went to this salon because everyone I know highly recommended it. I liked that it was clean and the girls at the front were able to get me in for a manicure within a few minutes, even though I didn’t have an appointment. They have a large collection of gel polishes to choose from, which is great!
My manicure was okay, and the girl working on my nails was nice enough. She filed my nails much shorter than I wanted them, which I wasn’t too thrilled about, but I didn’t say much. Then came the gel polish. I had chosen a darker red color, and I’ve had my nails done this color plenty of times without incident. When she had finished, I had gel all over my cuticles and noticed that I was missing polish on the corners of a few of my nails.
I went back a few hours later to have it fixed, which they did for free, but the results from my second visit aren’t much better. I still have polish on my cuticles (I don’t mean the small messes you tend to make painting your nails, I mean that she actually painted over my cuticles both times) and I can tell that she didn’t cover each nail entirely with top coat. To boot, as she was removing the paint from my first visit, she cut me with the drill. My cuticles are now cut and peeling in places. As I flinched away at one point, she said it was necessary to remove the gel from my skin.
As if I wasn’t unhappy enough, her parting comment was that I should, «Grow my nails out so that it would be easier next time.» I think I would have been open to getting my nails done here to try and redeem my opinion of this place, but her comment was the final nail in the coffin. I wish I could have saved myself the money or gone somewhere else.

Absolutely in love with this nail spa!!! Such a great experience!!! First time here and I can officially say I will be a regular customer!

Best friend and I came in for pedicures and gel manicures for her wedding day. I loved that they spoke English well and understood what each of us wanted. Everything was fast and perfect! If I lived in the area I would totally go back.

I rarely get my nails done anymore, but when I do, this is my go-​to place. I’ve been coming here for a long time and even tho they’re slightly (and I mean very slightly) higher priced than most nail salons, you get what you pay for. The girls will always go above and beyond to make sure your nails look fabulous. I personally go to Rachel… I’m super picky and she’s always satisfied my high maintenance ways (with my nails anyway). Seriously, I can’t say enough great things about this place.

Couldn’t ask for a better set of nails :) Tammy is so sweet and helpful! Her staff, especially Sam take the time to fully understand what it is you want, and deliver to the fullest

Loved this place! I had been searching for a new nail place and finally found it!!! I made an appointment (I would highly suggest it) with Helen and was not disappointed. The salon is so cute, the staff were nice, and they had TVs on to keep my attention. My previous nail place did a bad job with my acrylics, but Helen saved the day and made them pretty again (they’re shiny black, with a gold glitter fade, and my ring fingers are solid gold glitter). I get compliments ALL the time! I hope they live-​up to this review for my next appointment!

Well I finally got to try this place. Everyone I know gave it great reviews. The first time I went in there was a waiting list. So I couldn’t wait. So the next time I called and made an appt. I still had to wait 15 min. but, I understand they are busy.
It is a very clean looking place. I watched them clean out the bowls for your feet. They seem to use some type of disinfectant. It seems good. Better than a lot of places I have been to for certain.
The Place is decorated beautifully. Very Tre Chic how they have it all going on. However, that does not mean a thing if they do not do a great job. Well I had a top of the line pedi. Which I did not think the massage was long enough. The girl next to me told me ‚“yes, it is great you should get it”. Well she was getting massaged when I started and she was still getting massage when I was through. Mine was shorter. Anyway, moving on. I liked my manicure as well. You move to a different spot for that.
It is just a regular manicure, I do not have fake nails. Nor do I get the Gel polish. However, I was happy with the service and very pleased with the longevity of the mani Pedi itself.
It was nice and cool inside. Considering it was 114 outside, it was lovely. They are very busy here. There must of been about 40 people in there getting things done. They also have a spa in the building as well. Though I did not try that out at all this time.
Lots of parking in the lot. it is located right on the corner of Rural and Warner. South West corner.

Tee did my nails… not 100% satisfied she did try several times to make her lines better but I was pressed for time that day and was already there 1 hr for just a fill. I paid $ 40 so I expected better results
Update: I went back to pink polish 10÷16÷15 and asked to see someone who knows how to do designs good, the gentleman I spoke to placed me with Elle. She did an amazing job on my Halloween themed nails.

I walked in Monday @10AM (as soon as they opened) without an appointment and was able to be seen by Jessica for a deluxe gel pedicure and gel French manicure.
Jessica spent just over 2 hours scrubbing, massaging and perfecting my nails. She was polite, kind and professional. She made sure that I had enough cold water and felt pampered & relaxed.
*Make an appointment ahead of time– regardless of the day. Weekends are super busy.
*Bring cash for tips.
Looking forward to going back again.

I’ve lived in the Chandler area for 5 years and today was my first visit to Pink Polish. I was very surprised at the size of the salon. You would never be able to tell how big it is from the street. Because there is so much space, it wasn’t a problem getting a same-​day appt for both my sister and I. The salon was clean and the décor was stylish. The best part was finding Ivy! She used to work on my nails at a different salon years ago, but I lost contact with her after she took a few years off. She’s a wonderful nail tech and I can’t wait to see her again.
Reasons that I didn’t give 5 stars:
1) This must be one of the only salons that doesn’t have a sample nail stand to pick your gel color. It’s extremely difficult to get a good idea of the color without opening every bottle. Messy and it takes too much time. I would suggest looking for a picture of the nail color you want and bringing it with you. That way the tech can help you find the closest match.
2) Also remember to bring cash for a tip because they absolutely refuse to allow you to leave a tip on your credit card. I’ve noticed that more and more salons are doing this, but most are still flexible if the patron didn’t bring cash. Not Pink Polish! It just so happens that for your (or their) convenience they have an ATM inside the store for you to use. The front-​desk woman non-​apologetically informed us that the ATM (their ATM; seriously, it has their name on it) only charges $.49 to dispense. I wanted to ask whether she would pay for the charge from my bank. Needless to say, I won’t forget cash next time.
