The Puma store at the«Premium Outlets» is fantastic! We went today to return shoes that we purchased from Puma online that were the incorrect size. They had no problem letting us return, exchange, etc. The store itself has great prices… so everything here is anywhere from 30−60% off regular price. They have a huge selection but it’s not all the new stuff you would find at a regular Puma store-but don’t get me wrong this stuff was still very nice and in season. Everything was well organized and easy to find. Best part? Customer service. All nice employees, very helpful, personable, and not even slightly annoying(hey that’s important). We are definitely going back when we need more shoes, gym clothes, or fancy gym purses– it’s like a stylish purse but casual.
