At first when we picked Kindercare, there was such a warm feeling about this location, that we choose this place. It was also open at 530, which was another perk. However, as times changed, new leadership came aboard, their good employees started leaving. As time continued, I lost hope in feeling this was the right place for my children to be. I witnessed lazy staff members on their phones, staff sitting on tables and not interacting, older age staff criticizing my parenting for my child who was expressing his imagination and being told I needed to focus on that and not to allow him so much tv, I witnessed a child physically harming another and thankfully was pulled out after it got so bad, but seeing the fear in my child’s eyes talking about the harm he witness was my last straw. While change can be scary, moving my children from this location to a new education based school was the best choice I ever made. I have seen glowing eyes of happiness when I pick them up now. Unless this place changes the way they educate, interact and hire their staff, I would strongly suggest avoiding this place. We pay almost $ 200 less a month and have seen 100 times more love, interaction, options, consist staff and happiness by switching. I’m just sad we didn’t switch years before.
I Will say, not every day was bad or awful. They did do some wonderful things for the kids such as parties, thanksgiving lunch for the parents and kids, Halloween festival with food and games, lots of crafts, Easter egg hunts, wonderful cute gifts for the parents on mother and Father’s Day. We did have wonderful times making new friendships and relationships, but despite those first few good years, we are happy with the switch. That’s why I gave at least 3 stars.

They don’t care about the kids they are there to receive a paycheck only. My child was sick from the start of going to this place to when we were able to get another preschool.
This was the only center in the area open at 530 unfortunately. They hire young kids that you and I would question their parenting skills and life choices and they are the ones watching the kids.
Several times went to pick up child and it was close to 100 degrees outside and my child was red faced and was dehydrated. I had to tell them to make sure he had water. Several times I would pick him up and he would have dirty diper. I finally said something about it and they would change him when I got their.
Chips and salsa for a snack on a regular basis. Totally unacceptable. They are lazy and do the bare minimum. They put on a show when parents come to pick up the kids by putting on contemporary soft music in the lobby area and put a bowl of apples out.
This place is a joke and they should be shut down.

If I could give this place zero stars & still get the post noticed I would. If you rate it with no stars the review is not visible. DO NOT bring your child to this place. They put on a great show, GREAT show.
1. I dropped him off one day to find a strange old man in the room with the helper. When I asked who that was I was told it was one of the parents grandfathers. This was in June of 2015 & I’m still waiting to hear back as to who the hell he is, why he’s allowed around the kids. I mean I don’t know what type of background check was done on this man.
2. My son fell many times & I never got a report. One was so bad I ended up at an urgent care the following day. He had a groin sprain which was discovered after x-​rays, evaluation by the Doctor and probing my son as to what happened.
3. They allowed him to wear wet backward shoes all day after water play. THE WHOLE DAY! I even packed him a change of clothes and shoes. When questioned they responded with «we told him not to jump in the puddle»…REALLY?!?
DO NOT bring your child here if you value your child’s safety and overall wellbeing and happiness. If you don’t believe me I have all the paperwork and will gladly meet you in Chandler and show you. Please value your child’s well being and do not send them here.
