This Radio Shack at Chandler Fashion Square is larger and has more products than other Radio Shacks I have recently visited. Today I scored a wide variety of projects for my husband to work on with my 7 year old grandson. There were a couple of different $ 30 Popular Mechanics remote controlled robots on sale for just $ 9.97. These sets are made easy-​to-​assemble and are rated for kids ages 8 and up, but I am sure that with grandpa’s help, my grandson should be able to put these together with very little help.
I also bought a $ 70 mini-​train set with loading crane with tracks and scenery for just $ 19.97. Additionally, they gave me a coupon for $ 10 off my next purchase at Radio Shack because my total came to more than $ 30! SCORE!!!
The employee was very helpful. The store looked less cluttered than most Radio Shack stores and the aisles were clear (not blocked by random stacks of stuff).
