Jen Felker brought some Buyers into our community today. I just want to say that her DRESS choices this morning were not that of a professional RE Agent! I was appalled by her«Cowgirl» looking, very revealing, over the knee and shoulders popping out GETUP! You could see right through the dress to her underwear and her boobs were popping out of the low cut top. Now I could have seen this outfit, with a pair of boots, would work if she was headed to the Rodeo or Tombstone! I could sense that the Buyers wife was very uncomfortable with the way the Agent dressed. Oh and BTW… Her photo on her business card was from 10 years ago when she was 50 lbs lighter! C’mon lady. you are representing the RE force in Phoenix Metro! «Multi-Million dollar producer?» GOGETSOMENICECLOTHESTHATPRESENTYOUAS A REAGENT, NOT A TRAMP!

We had the unfortunate experience of working with Ben Burklow who is apparently the head of property management at this office. After approving our application for a rental property, we were instructed by the assistant agent to send a very detailed list of items we saw that needed repair in the home. We promptly followed these instructions and emailed the items to Ben. Without hesitation or tact, Mr. Burklow responded to our email, calling it a «punch list» and saying that not only would the regular maintenance items NOT be fixed, but that he was going to continue seeking out other applicants?! I was taken aback and completely shocked to get such a negative reply! Clearly there was some kind of miscommunication here. Despite the unjustified/rude response, we replied back to his email telling him that we had been instructed to send that email and that we were very much still interested in the property and asked him to call us. He never called. We contacted the assistant Janet again to try and get ahold of him and even offered to spend our own money on the repairs requested-she stated she told him this and had asked him twice to get back to us. We called and left messages with him as well and… still no reply from Ben.Wow. Long story short= WORSTSERVICEEVER! This guy was the most unprofessional«professional«i have dealt with in awhile. When your profession involves people’s lives, such as their home, you would think that a person would not be so dismissive in responding to clients or refusing the common courtesy of communicating with them about the home they chose/were approved for.
