Its been a while and I don’t really write reviews for non-​food places but it popped in my head today and with the service I was given by Kenny, I felt like it’d do him and the place some justice for the work they put into the place. Went in with my father to get whatever he wants for his car and he usually isn’t the most pleasant guy. I gave Kenny a look of warning and he was patient and pleasant throughout the whole interaction and explained everything thoroughly. It left quite the impression on me and my father walked out pretty happy. I would recommend this place and Kenny for any assistance.

This is my second time doing business with Rent-​A-​Wheel and just like the first time Shani and Crew where ready to get me going on a new set of fresh rims and tires. I had picked out a set of rims for my Mercedes and they didn’t work out because of my front calipers, but no worries Shani jumped on the phone and ordered me the right rim tire combo and now I’m rolling in style!!!
If you want the best in the east valley then look no further!

Gave this place a try. I did the 90 day same as cash. Never again! I learned my lesson. They charged so many hidden fees! And the amount I was told upfront changed when I paid them off. And I paid them off before the 90 days! Also, my tire light was on and i called and complained and they told my to unplug my battery. That didn’t sound right so I took my car in and turns out they didn’t switch out the sensors from my old tires. So If I would not have bought my car back in and complained the issue would have never been fixed. Plus they tried to charge me a $ 50 fee to do what they should have from the beginning. And I had to buy my own sensors for a additional $ 42. Lesson learned.

These guys were excellent. Shani, Jerry, Harley, all of them were awesome. I value great customer service and this store lead by this team exemplifies great customer service. They treat you like family and are open and honest with every transaction. Their products are plentiful and of great quality and the program they offer is great. 90 days same as cash. You get three months to pay for your purchase. Don’t see that too often. I never felt pressured and felt very comfortable with the information every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this store and this team. Do not bother going anywhere else. They went above and beyond for me and surpassed my expectations.
