Deecent, clean place for rehearsals. No 5 star rating for the lack of cold AC when it’s over 100 degrees, which can be often here in Chandler. Helpful and friendly front desk Dudes make this place a winner. Excellent (guitar) gear available, so you don’t have to haul your own stuff.

This is the best rehearsal space in Arizona. It’s very clean and well-​kept. The rooms range from small to large and have really nice equipment to use so you don’t have to cart around your own amps or drums. Each room also has it’s own climate control. The recording services are awesome as well. Josh worked with us during recording and even gave us some of his own suggestions on some of our songs. At the time, our band didn’t have a bass player, so one of the employees, Jimmy, actually tracked the bass parts for us and it was awesome. The mastering turned out really good and we were very satisfied with the recordings when they were done. I prefer to use the recording space as a rehearsal space if they let you when it isn’t booked, mostly because the EVH 5150 amp in there is amazing. The prices are really good too, especially if everyone in the band chips in. We typically would bring our own amp heads and hook them up to the cabs, our singer would bring his own mic (though they have them to borrow), but drummers bring your own cymbals. All other equipment is already there.

Everything about SER is a 10! I’ve come back here time and time again for the past 4 years. I love studio K its the best one, I feel like Im on stage in there.

I swear we would’ve paid close to three times as much in L.A. for the room and the service we had here. Thanks again

Really nice place to set up and rehearse if your band doesn’t want to infiltrate someone’s den or living room. I can’t speak to the recording services they offer.
The equipment in the room we used was very nice. Studio K has new Krank amplification for guitar and bass, plus a full set of drums and PA. They have lots of other misc equipment that you might not be expecting, such as guitar, keyboard, and mic stands. We were short a mic and were able to check out one from the guy at the desk with just a photo ID.
The climate is nice inside and our practice experience was very good.

Everything about this place is great.
Awesome staff, awesome accommodations, awesome gear, awesome atmosphere.
My band has been coming here for two years now and I would never consider going anywhere else.
