Let me start off by saying that I went in for a consult and it went pretty good. I am extremely picky about my hair but what girl isn’t? I came in to speak with Sarah and even drove further than was expected because she sounded like she really wanted to help me with my hair. Before she could even tell me the plan and what she wanted to do with my hair I let her know that the last time I got highlights done (1 year ago) from a different stylist she had chemically cut my hair. And for those of you that do not know what that is, it is when somebody over highlights your hair and cuts it without actually having to use scissors ! The other stylist had totally ruined my hair and I have spent months trying to get it back into great shape. I even brought in pictures of my hair when it was ruined and Sarah agreed that it was totally ruined and looked terrible. I then told Sarah that the whole experience was so terrible that at the time I was going to sue that stylist for ruining my hair that’s how bad it really was. And then I told Sarah that I didn’t proceed with that because I decided to move on. So then she told me during my consult that she had an exact plan on what she wanted to do to help me achieve what I wanted. I have a medium brown hair color and only wanted a few highlights on the top of my head. We were in agreement throughout the whole consult about what needed to be done with my hair meanwhile I had sent her a few (3)pictures of what I was expecting so we were on the same page. Before I left she gave me a bunch of business cards and told me to give her some referrals. Well out of nowhere she text me and tells me that my case is «too complex» for her and she is afraid that she will not be able to make me happy and she does not want to take me on as a client! Are you serious? How unprofessional is that isn’t a hairstylist supposed to help people with their hair? Lol she then lied and told me her clientele was a lot but yet gave me business cards and told me to give her referrals? She also said that she was afraid that I would sue her if she did my hair and I didn’t like it! Are you serious? I was only willing to go to that extent with the girl who ruined my whole head of hair! Lol I am leaving this response and hope that somebody will read it before letting her do your hair. I don’t know how she is even a hairstylist if she isn’t confident in her abilities. Also my hair is in pretty decent shape I take great care of it. I wasn’t asking for anything crazy. I was not pushy with her or too demanding. I feel that it was a very unprofessional move on her behalf and was a very cold response through text message. She Also wanted to charge $ 50 for a hair trim! I guess everything happens for a reason. Good luck with her, I wasted time out of my day driving and sitting in her chair talking just to get me no where :-/

Crissy did my hair today and I LOVE it!!! She really listened to what I wanted. My cut and color is exactly what I wanted. Thank you Crissy for taking the time and effort with my hair. I’ll see you in 6 weeks.

Sara is a true talent! She is professional, innovative, and has a great personality.
Not only has she styled my hair for various special events but we have also worked together on location providing bridal hair and makeup services. I have worked with many hair stylists and Sara is definitely one of the BEST!
I would highly recommend her for any special event styling or for your color and cuts.

Sara is the best. Not only does she really listen and advise, she is an outstanding colorist. I’ve had some ideas that won’t work well with my hair type and she is always honest. She keeps me from making bad decisions. I’m glad she’s young because she won’t retire for a long time.
