It’s Friday, and shopping for a a couple of kicks.
Our first time here.
Store looks clean, and well stocked. There were three people on the floor during late afternoon seems like we picked a perfect time to come in and shop.
15mins or so into perusing the goods… None was available to help us. We were wondering what ever happened to the three associates we saw as we walked in? We heard laughing, and looks like flirting. Hey! We are all for that kind of sorts… But remember the reason why you guys are there … TO HELP CUSTOMERS & SELL!
We found our sizes, ourselves. We hunted for a place to have a seat and try it on. All worked out fine. (Mind you, we’ve been there for almost 40mins, and non inquired if we need assistance, let alone greet us.)
Came to the til to check out. We were in line. Two associates were chatting about … Short Girl with long hair and a tall guy. Giggling, and all. Not paying attention that we’ve been therefor a good minute.
Team decided not to go through with the our purchase. Lacking customer service, horseplay is more important to the employees.
